Kone,

Once one has a way of charging caps reliably and quickly what is the
best way to make use of a bunch charged to 800v say?

What do you do with the output of your Konehead / Muller motors?

I guess one way would be to dump them into a buck converter then use for
charging a buffer battery or supercapacitor but what are some uses you
have come up with?

I think the dream Norm had makes sense in that we should just be
powering everything off caps as there are multitudes of ways to
efficiently charge these puppies.

How quickly conventional oil caps can be charged by influence machines
is another interesting query as these can be voltage limited with GDT's
so we don't blow up our run caps with more than 800v, suppose one could
have a long line of these charged quickly indeed?

load on the source so waste lots of energy and charge slowly.  They may
be ok for lower voltage buffers one we have converted back to watts.

This is an interesting way of going about it, with high voltage often
caps are used in voltage divider networks instead of resistors.  Good idea!

The only problem is the larger caps are usually lower voltage else very
expensive and the lower voltage caps can be damaged by the initial pulse
prior to charge diffusion even though the voltage does go lower based on
the larger farad capacity.

voltage way down say to 15.5 volts or 4 volt to dump into a lead battery or
lithium .no transformer needed .

Hi Warren,

I am taking baby steps in order to get the wheat from the chaff.  As far
as I am aware the Smith device is like the electronic lever of
Archimedes in which at high enough voltage there is a bifurcation point
in order to tap earth power acting as a mirror boundary wave or rather
an emp.  Much work is required and there is much more to the design than
any of the so called experts have disclosed as coaxing the response is
tricky and then controlling the type of energy produced is a challenge
to electronic component welfare.  He was jacking up the voltage and then
utilizing several ways to gain voltage advantage and B field modulation
prior to stepping down for the high current lower voltages.  So in other
words the gains made at high voltage low current are leveraged during
the step down.

If you intend to go the transverter route, this looks much easier to
meet expectations. My suggestion would be to utilize a synchronous
condenser.  If one looks at the Kapanadze devices in the high power
system at the power plant and also on the island one will notice a motor
running without a load.  I suggest this is a motor/generator functioning
as a rotary condenser in order to change the RF reactive KVAR into
watts.  In order to transform large amounts of energy this is a cost
effective solution other than many caps for storage.   The transverter
can be run as close to pure reactive as possible and then convert over
to useful power corrected tuned to match your load.  I think this is a
much quicker solution as the earth energy harvest still has some serious
sorting out requirements.

Norm has recently posted concerning that condenser and capacitor are
independent definitions, hint hint... so my advice to you is look up and
learn all your can concerning synchronous rotary condensers!  Then use
your RV to power correct the TV.

Oh yeah don't try to control the TV from a function gen or a 555, try to
build a simple self tuning resonant tank.  For this type of energy to be
generated it has to be unto itself rather than pushed by an outside
force.  The pulse generator should be by virtue of the transformer in
it's own feedback loop where it is it's own transmitter and receiver. 
By this modality the proper longitudinal waves will be evident and it
will follow it's own resonant nodes rather than be forced into one.

MickI have five 100mf 4000 volt oil filled caps. They are Sprague oil filled can types, that say "energy storage" on them.I feel that I do not want to use batteries, if I can avoid them.It is not a lot of energy, but if I am able pulse it, to drive a Transverter primary, using the 450 lb transformer, or use them as the fixed load, I may be able to find a frequency to resonate it, tuning the entire device to a fixed loadI am speculating that a function generator might be used to stimulate the signal voltage to some kind of inverter, or heavy switching device to keep everything ringing.Chopped DC, has in my experience, provided, some surprising results just running dc motors, I wonder about using a resonant dc to power my big transformer as a transverter type device.I did manage to source an air to liquid heat pump. It needs 10 amps of 60 hz 220 volts. Likely, an inverter will be needed to deliver that, in a safe manner, to not destroy the electronics.Providing a stable current to an inverter, that is the essential problem, at hand.It is perhaps crazy to think about heating a 150 + year old two story stone barn, but this Summer, the metal roof has been insulated with four inches of spray urethane foam.The concrete floor was jack hammered to sink it down eight inches. Little did I expect to find 45 tons of basket ball sized boulders underneath! My wife and I removed them. Then we put in forty tons of crushed limestone to get a level surface.This was, in turn spray foamed to 3 inches. On top of that was laid a grid of re-rod, to which my friend Mike attached a network of plastic tubes to a wall mounted manifoldFive inches of concrete was then poured on top, finished to a mirror like surface. This is the radiant infared source to heat the barn, in theory.The heat pump will take heat from the air down to -20C to heat that floor. If, like last winter, it gets colder than -20C for long periods of time, the hot water tank, at this point, will have to be heated with electricity.(from the grid?)
I am now a pretty good stone mason, completely rebuilding the stone arches of the windows, of the massive wedge shaped heavy stones. It started out as merely needing to re-point, but then, as these projects go, I find in the complexities, I had to learn new skill sets when encountering major structural issues. It is very satisfying work, if the weather will only hold up.In short, my new workshop is a work in progress, and heat with electricity is on the agenda.Cheers Warren

My concept regarding the dielectric as the key to tapping the Aetheric 
field has merit! First we have to understand the Condenser from back in 
Tesla's days.  This is the most important document ever written by Tesla

Maybe we should learn from Tesla!  HARP was based on Tesla's' 
understanding of the charged ionosphere and the ability of the earth to 
provide the electrons! A condenser or if you prefer, is an electrostatic 
device.

So what is meant by “Burning Nitrogen”? We know we must seek to get our 
energy directly from the source. What is the source? Cosmic rays. How do 
we get their energy? We let the rays ionize our atmosphere and we 
collect the charges thus set free. But all ionizing rays have lost their 
energy in the upper regions of our atmosphere, so there is not enough 
energy in these rays left in the lower regions. Yet with high frequency 
high voltage we can lower the ionization threshold and have these atoms 
ionized. Next we collect the charges and pump them in a standing wave in

Yes H will leak through most pressure tanks.   The best way to store it
is to fill scuba tanks with hydride powder, to release hydrogen gently
heat the metal hydride.  Hydride energy density is very good and useful

For experimenting, just used bottled hydrogen from welding gas 
suppliers.  Your compressor may work but the ones in the oil patch are

MickWhat you are saying makes sense, but, as always, the devil is in the details.I have all sorts of motors, both DC and AC,( becoming one of those crazy old hoarders, one reads about) in my collection.I think I might need help in thinking this through, and choosing the best possibility of success.My transformer is a Varian, made for high tech scientific, military satellite down station installation, likely from the mid seventies, or early eighties. No info available on it, or any of the equipment. It is three phase, with very fat wire of a rectangular cross sectionThere are air gaps between various windings in each coil, with considered spacers separating these coils from each other, wrapped around each leg of the three core legs, as they wind one layer on top of another.Does that make sense to you?Cheers Warren

can be run as close to pure reactive as possible and then convert over
to useful power corrected tuned to match your load.  I think this is a
much quicker solution as the earth energy harvest still has some serious
sorting out requirements.

Norm has recently posted concerning that condenser and capacitor are
independent definitions, hint hint... so my advice to you is look up and
learn all your can concerning synchronous rotary condensers!  Then use
your RV to power correct the TV.

MickIf I follow the drift, the transformer sets the frequency at its natural feed back loop frequency whatever that might be, as a ringing tank circuit?I am fond of pancake coils, as they are so quick and easy to make, and seem to give great action on an induction source......then to the big transformer...

Oh yeah don't try to control the TV from a function gen or a 555, try to
build a simple self tuning resonant tank.  For this type of energy to be
generated it has to be unto itself rather than pushed by an outside
force.  The pulse generator should be by virtue of the transformer in
it's own feedback loop where it is it's own transmitter and receiver. 
By this modality the proper longitudinal waves will be evident and it
will follow it's own resonant nodes rather than be forced into one.

Thanks, a lot of good homework here.

HV cap charging experiments results, full wave bridge rectifier no good 
only charges to about 65 volts.  1/4 wave about 500v and 1/4 wave double
diodes one per lead twice as fast to the 500v

The double diode setup will keep pumping the C1 source until overvoltage
failure condition without a sink.  Nice pump and check valve action!

Need to procure a high voltage probe to investigate more on the high side.

Use what ya got.

Ok number one I would take that transformer and use a sine wave
generator to find the resonant points of each phase.  Map each coil
L1-L3 on paper based on the three highest gain frequencies you can find
and check their harmonics and write down the voltage differential
between the root and the 1/2 and 1/4 and 1/3 and 1/6

Lets take this idea to it's next logical conclusion, first divide the
voltage with a series of caps then we need a set of plates like a
variable cap we can spin with a motor.   This way we can modulate the DC

NormanI just happen to have an old Cornelius high pressure 3000 psi, or so, compressor, likely for something aviation. It is in working condition, last time I fired it up, direct coupled to a hydraulic motor for filling scuba tanks on my schooner.(which turned out to be silly, as tanks can be filled almost anywhere for about $2, in the Caribbean)Now I suppose it might be able to pump hydrogen, but I don't really know. Hopefully, we can test this idea as soon as I can move into my barn.All my junk is being put in the "little barn" upper floor, which is nice and dry, though not heated, on new white steel shelving units, in some semblance of order. We capitalized on the labour of a pair of nieces, and  boyfriend, over a Canadian Thanksgiving weekend.They did a heroic job, unpacking tons of boxes, setting up shelves, and organizing the stuff, a bit, while I played stone mason, proving there may be the capability of work after moving.
I am not sure how hydrogen is to compress, but I know how to make it from iron filings, and sulfuric acid, or from a Hoffman apparatus.I don't know about reactivity of adjacent metals regarding hydrogen, as I have never compressed it.Cheers Warren
