Remember when Tesla demonstrated extracting energy at the nodal points

Norm,

Sounds as if the really nice neutral spikes occur when a coil is not
only switched hard off but has also reached full or over saturation,
therefore acting like a  ground pumping "graser"

The page 25 device is a classic negative resistance device.

The magnifying transmitter unlike the more familiar Tesla coil called
for a core that was also supposed to be highly polished and slotted at
the base therefore something that could be saturated.  The slots in the
base to prevent heating from the eddy currents would seem to indicate
the idea was to run this near or into saturation.

Based on your shaded pole motors an inductor can cohere the energy if
there is enough present but the negative impedance of the gas tube near
break-over seems a better suited detector and valve.

"Remember when Tesla demonstrated extracting energy at the nodal points
 on a copper bar conductor??"

With the return path of the current it is a transmission line or a one turn coil. Thinking in DC circuits a copper bar is a short after the initial transient pulse or just a good conductor having almost the same tension all along its length. In AC circuits of high frequency or in pulsed DC circuits of high frequency the waves are shorter than the length of the copper bar as the velocity of the waves prevents a pulse or wave to reach the opposite end before the next pulse or wave is transmitted.

In the above figure of Tesla's experiment B and B' are the copper bars forming a transmission line. The reflections are different for shorted and open ends. A shorted end gives inverted voltage reflections while an open end gives inverted current reflections. When the load at the far end (top) is of the same impedance as that of the transmission line there will be no reflection from this end as all power reaching that far is then absorbed. The other loads can still reflect some of the signal if not impedance matched to the transmission line impedance.

An analysis on this experiment: https://waveguide.blog/brief-history-tesla-hairpin-circuit-stout-copper-bars/ https://waveguide.blog/brief-history-tesla-hairpin-circuit-stout-copper-bars/

The green waves are the forward waves from the generator and the gray waves are the reflected waves. The red and blue standing waves are the resultant waves formed by superposition of the forward and reflected waves. By placing a load between the voltage and current notes power can be transferred to that load if it is of proper impedance as shown by Tesla.

Thank You Ole for that very informative piece on Tesla's early
understanding of the transmission line theory.  The first brush that I
had with this idea was when I read Margarett Cheney's book Man Out Of
Time, where Tesla was demonstrating this with an incandescent bulb
sliding along a long copper bar fed with high freq AC. The bulb would
light at the nodal points along the bar. Thank You again Ole for an
excellent piece.

Norm, that's great stuff crashing energy states pulling in a surplus
from the perturbed aether.  Pertubation pumps  Explains what Don Smith
was going on about with the plasma tubes.

Now how  bout a reverse laser then, as the same must happen with photons
dropping back to electrons as they must do but we have not heard of it,
well maybe you have...

Norm,

That's ironic, OK so what are some good ways to gather this energy, just
large capacitor plates?

Funny if all this time the Budweiser sign could be powering the whole diner!

I would love to procure your collection of the good Dr.'s writings on
magneto electric and superlight.  Is this digitized or in large paper files?

Could you provide the name of the company doing the seabed mining
again?  I was looking and there are several some of which seem to be
investment scams, would be nice to know who the real players are.

Ice in the desert from a  black body, talk about a brain massage.  How
to Q switch a blackbody radiator...  Black on one side silver the other
and flip it at an asymmetric duty cycle, damn I want to know how to make
ice in the desert!

According to John Bedini in his vid ...you can pull unlimited power from
multiple nodes you just find and put in a coil and a cap ? I forgot .but it
was unlimited .that demo with the copper pipes only shows a small part of
what's going on .

Norm,

Sorry to interrupt as I have not processed this excellent post yet but
must interject as ions are different from electrons.  A cation or anion
both are charged molecules rather than only the electrons.   Even if
they are ejected from a crystal lattice, I think...  Just attempting to
digest your meaning accurately.

Ha you fooled me with the clear sky comment into daytime thinking for
the ice.  Was really stuck on that.   Now if one were to devise a funnel
shape black body system with a really good insulator like aerogel or a
thermos vacuum design on the sides and tall enough to create a natural
vortex from the rising heat one could likely produce serious cooling in
the hot sun.  If it was large enough it could make ice.

Ok back to studying your post.

Ok you are talking about the overall charge state of a mass from either
sourcing or sinking electrons, therefore positively ionized or
negatively. So it is not necessarily sourcing or sinking ions but rather
sourcing or sinking electrons to achieve an overall positive or negative
ionization potential.   Is this correct?

Working on the electron-photon link, but we have a distinct disconnect
in that classical quantum mechanics denies the aether.  A field
perturbation between energy states  that the photon is a result of. Be
it the heating of an incandescent element or cooling of a plasma- source
and sink- all I have so far.  Will keep on it.

Also forgot to mention in the black body info I was researching
yesterday I think I read that the emission vs absorption correlates to
dipole moment reversing spin but can't find the reference again.

Ok! guys, I have pulled in some of my favorite researchers here for this
discussion. All of this dialog centers around my wandering dissertation
titled What is Heat written back in the mid 90s for KeelyNet. The main
understanding derived from paper is the fact that heating is caused by
positive ionization of a mass. The object becomes hot due to the
ejection of lattice electrons which manifest as photons in the IR band
of energy. Cooling is just the opposite in that as a mass gains
electrons it becomes cold due to electron packing in the atomic lattice.
This explains the formation of ice at the phase change of water at 0 C.
The electron packing causes a molecular re-configuration of the
fundamental structure of water. If taken all the way down to absolute
zero, the electron packing will reach total saturation (gross negative)
and all Browning motion ceases for there is no mean free path for
electrons to move. Tesla understood this concept for he was fascinated
with the Linde Liquid Air production. Tesla's thoughts were of a
superconducting primary coil. IBM Corp got involved with
superconductivity in solid state circuits and ran into Tesla at the
Patent process. Simply put, if you negative ionize a mass it will go
cold. If you ionize a mass positive it goes hot. The argument of which
has more energy arieses since we are lead to believe that heat is more
energetic that cold. That means the holes in an atomic lattice has more
power than a lattice packed with electrons. ?? Tesla totally understood
the power of a cold sink. Mick asked how to make ice in the desert.
Simple, for on totally clear skys over the desert at night, the gross
radiation into space of IR photons, emitted by a near perfect black body
radiator plate will reach temperatures far below the ambient air. It is
the rapidity of the thermal loss that causes the plate to go to a gross
negative state, cold. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vantablack A
surface coated with this will make ice under clear desert skies at night
due to the super emission of IR photons into the cold sink of outer
space. Remember! That at about 60,000 ft. we have the lowest temperature
before the inversion takes place.

Please not the boundary at troposphere into stratosphere where
temperatures have reached the minimum then start climbing. This
stratosphere base is the cold sink receptor for the emitted photons in
the IR band.

You perfectly described on of Tesla's favorite toys, Crooks Radiometer,
which really fascinated Tesla over just how it works.

Your comment on collecting the energy of phase shift from plasma state
back to gas state (gross over-unity) has to be done with the dielectric
media vs large capacitor plates. Please understand dielectric
displacement is where energy (charge is stored). Just as we are
learning about how thermal junctions work, we learn that we need a
material that has a super high electrical stand off coefficient and at
the same time is a perfect thermal conductor. Electrical conductivity vs
thermal conductivity. Put some thought into that statement for this is
your ion pump. In my paper I discuss the age old paradox in
Thermodynamics in Chemistry (TEXT BOOK) where there is clear and
carefully studied phenomenon of excess energy at the phase change of
water from gas to liquid states. If you study the phase change from a
plasma back to a gas state you will find an order of magnitude of excess
energy at this phase change point. This is where we get into the
magnetic flux annihilation re-connect studies that yield the EMP that is
Magneto-Electric (cold electricity).

Cold plasmas are those with Te >> Tgas. It is obtained in low pressure
discharges or in short pulse discharges as Dielectric Barrier Discharges
or ns discharges.
Hot plasmas, or better thermal plasmas, are those with Te~Tgas. It is
produced in plasma torches or in high pressure discharges. The time of
the discharge must be quite long, in order to have equilibration between
the electron gas and heavy particles.
From the point of view of deposition both plasmas are used, but with
different substrates and for different applications.
The uniformity depends on your plasma device and on the size of the
deposition area.
Usually in cold plasmas, also ions can play an important role. As an
example ion bombardment is used for the so called plasma etching.
In any cases there is a lot of literature on this subject, and there are
commercial systems for both cold and thermal plasmas.

We get into negative ion barrier to heat which is real interesting.
Since a unidirectional negative DC pulse creates a cold ionic wind
(proven, I have one operating as we speak) we see our example of cold
electricity. A unidirectional pulse of positive charge will create
heating. It is all in the direction of ionization. Yes! Toby, a
unidirectional pulse train of negative discharge will create frost due
the gross negative ionization effect. (electron packing in atomic
lattices). Some Tesla coil experimenters have seen frost at the base of
a Tesla coil running when a circulating field of negative ionized air
causes the chilling effect. If you want to see a real ice maker, just
drive your primary coil with unidirectional negative DC pulses and vola!
you have ice.

Back to the (black, dark matter, Superlight, Magneto Electric energy
(EMP) we need to learn how to capture and harness this cold electricity

James! Just go on the internet and order a Negative ion Generator kit
for they all produce a cold ion wind at the output spike.  It only takes
a small 3KVDC (-) negative power supply to give you what you are looking
for.
