Mick!� You got it together.��� In my article, What is Heat, I explained 
that there is over-unity at the phase change point of water vapor back 
to liquid.� Studied by scholars for many years but totally unexplained. 
(Text Book).��� Better yet is the fact that an over-unity factor of an 
order of magnitude greater exist when you phase change from a plasma 
state back to a gas state. (Aetheric Pumping).��� Smoke that!�� Lol
