Kone, Have you ever tried using a small sphere or cylinder filled with ferrofluid to collect the splatter? I have noticed when ferrofluid is used to cool tweeter coils its as if the notes last longer as it adds that longitudinal dynamic. This can be made from printer developer and mineral oil. BTW thanks for posting the video, interesting data. On 10/5/2018 9:29 PM, [email protected] [EVGRAY] wrote: > > > Hi all > This video very good very simple good explanation how Gray motor > works. Hi Mick I do have some Ferro fluid to try this...maybe ring shapedbhollow tube with coils wrapped around it going all the way around tha airgap...like Ferro fluid filled torrid core with winds. I got idea to collect splatter energy from friend of mine who built a Looper back in late 60svearly 7ps when neodymium magnets first became available to public. Motor was 3 magnets spinning past two coils placed at 180 degrees...radial design with horizontal axle. I think rotor magnets need to be perfectly matched in flux field strength for this to work since not NN coils but rotor magnets.... Anyways they mapped the flux LINES at the sides of the Airgap between rotor magnets and stator coils....what they look like if you visually "knife" right through them. He said that there would a pattern of thicker "dots" near the airgap, thinner ones and more of them in a pattern further from the Airgap. He said they used old style pencil leads as cores. But probably ferrite better i will guess....each core has one or two layers of wire wrapped around it...also thicker cores near Airgap thinner cores further out.... then they got some clamshells, drilled holes in the that matched perfectly the flux line pattern that the motor' s rotor-stator flux LINES create at 90 degrees to airgap, then inserted the cores with winds into the clsmshells.mounted at sides of motor.lije big ears, put diodes at end of each wind then looped it he said it provided power to small cabin.. Hi all This video very good very simple good explanation how Gray motor works. My own speculations what he shows: Gray motor has NN rotor and stator coils and the bucking HV pulse creates intense 90 degree to airgap flux energy that shoots out from all sides of airgap beyween rotor and stator during bucking pulse. I call this compressed platter flux energy. This is reason for small square hole in end cap of motor housing; as place to observe and insert testing instruments for that flux. The single turn thick wire turns around the motor housing is an attempt to pickup this splatter energy and not best way to do it...better long thin ferrite cored cores with wire wrapped around it pointed directly at 90 degrees to airgap. The intense electrostatic energy described is the 40kv flyback recoil spikes that manifest from a 2000v dc cap ischarve into the coils and these spikes also manifest within splatter energy too. What is contained in splatter energy probably x 200v as that is what I measured in 12v powered Gray motor variant konehead motors. ..12v in and 2000v out in the splatter energy using ferrite cored pickup coil method pointing directly at airgap.... Dual power supplies could be to fire bifilar motor coils one after other. And pulse into one half of bifilar induces very strong into other half to collect non reflective since coils are bucking.... Also could work as one supply hits rotor other the stator and you can adjust so perfectly matching in magnetic strength for maximum splatter energy (could be) Also could work to flip polArity of stator cores only, in between bucking pulses, so that upon approach of coils and cores in rotation the core remnant polarity of NN becomes a pull-power stroke of NS..(REGAUGING) This something I did in konehead motors with permanent magnets between stators to flip rotor core polarity but this could be done electromagnetically too if separte power inputd to rptors and stators Kone

Doug! Please do not get carried away with the McKay info for I was in contact with him all during the time we were researching the EV Gray Motors. He sent me his entire files of his research. He talks about the EMA-4 motor which you saw in disassembled detail at the KeelyNet Conference. There was never any arc discharge between rotor and stator at the air gap! The hole in the end cap was for cooling air flow. You seem to forget the built in skew angle between the rotor magnets and the stator magnets which gave an asymmetrical thrust when opposition fired! Go back to my video of the EMA-4 motor in YouTube video History of the EV Gray Motors. Anywhere you create work (rotor/ stator firing) you generate heat that must be extracted!!!! The idea of omega shaped wire loops on outside of motor housing to harvest the magnetic flux energy was a good idea! DougWhew! You, yourself, have had a big whiff of energy. Knock us down brain flash! There is a lot to chew on here, all of it quite consistent with the gradual growth of this "splatter" idea of yours. How do you see a graphic embodiment of this curved core? What form should it take in relation to the rest of the device? I have my Muller, Remaro, Kone test device with plenty of coils, as you know. The beauty of this layout, as you pointed out to me, years ago, while I was wrestling with the mechanical complexities of my Kromery contraption, you don't need no stinking brushes with the Muller, because of the architecture, you can wire them any way you like.Curved ferrite cores can be ferrite beads on a stainless wire string, quickly made up, to test your theory. Use 316L tig welding wire.It has zero eddy currents, and brings little or nothing, to the problem, except shape holding ability.Speaking of a core, you imply a coil on this constructed armature. You might be able to wind such a novelty in a normal fashion, and then bend it to the desired test shape. It might not be NASA perfect, but it should put the idea to test quite quickly.Sketch it out so we can help. Now the creepy patent lurkers out there can just fuck off, because this is now all public domain, and can be vigorously maintained as such!Cheers Warren Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Sat, 6 Oct 2018 at 12:29 AM, [email protected] [EVGRAY]<[email protected]> wrote: Hi all This video very good very simple good explanation how Gray motor works. DougThis sounds like a nice building project. We might well be able to build the devices.I am still a bit foggy concerning the shape of the relative parts in an idea world.Do you have a sketch?Cheers Warren Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Sat, 6 Oct 2018 at 1:22 AM, [email protected] [EVGRAY]<[email protected]> wrote: Hi Mick I do have some Ferro fluid to try this...maybe ring shapedbhollow tube with coils wrapped around it going all the way around tha airgap...like Ferro fluid filled torrid core with winds. Hi Warren The splatter coil motor thing described has horizontal axle, the rotor magnets on end of atms, not flat rotor...the aigaps between rotor and stators upon pulsing is where the compressed sideways shooting flux comes out from...with whatever you have, just point some thin ferrite rods at that Airgap wrapped with magnet .wire then through diode then cap can work for its of different designs... Doug, Norman, allTaking these concepts down to the lowest common denominator, would a test rig consist of a solenoid, and connecting rod arrangement, using just one coil?Cheers Warren Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Sat, 6 Oct 2018 at 7:52 AM, Norman Wootan [email protected] [EVGRAY]<[email protected]> wrote: Doug! On 10/5/2018 11:29 PM, [email protected] [EVGRAY] wrote: Hi all This video very good very simple good explanation how Gray motor works. Also could work as one supply hits rotor other the stator and you can adjust so perfectly matching in magnetic strength for maximum splatter energy (could be) Also could work to flip polArity of stator cores only, in between bucking pulses, so that upon approach of coils and cores in rotation the core remnant polarity of NN becomes a pull-power stroke of NS..(REGAUGING) This something I did in konehead motors with permanent magnets between stators to flip rotor core polarity but this could be done electromagnetically too if separte power inputd to rptors and stators Kone #yiv4793904139 Hi Norman I liked that mcKay video it wasoztly speculation but lots of information.not known before and some really good stuff about a "battery as ground" I think that is super interesting Ismael Aviso has the whole HV cap discharge thing down I saw it work and amazing stuff without using hardly any power...he shoots not NN coils on sir, but instead shoots a shorted out fat aircored doughmut coil imto the sir that weighs 1kg and beneath it A flat psmcske coil that recievesbthe HV cap discharge of around 2000v. .11 seconds between pulses, to charge cap. Power supply small 9v bsttety anxbtwo AAs for 12v He shows in video 14 knocks into air 45 feet high, battery drops from 12.7 to 11.4 from the 15 czp discharges. Trick is the shorted out missle coil so ring itself at some frequency upon getting hit by the HV pulsed launcher coil ...ismael chops the HV t.v. cap discharge at that frequency the shorted out missle coil rings at Also interesting Ismael built a MEG reactor thing that he powers his electric car with (12v input 600b cap discharge output) Anyways he told me he runs hv dpikey radiant e.g. crazy power produced in series through lead acid car battery to sort of filter it amd keep it all under control, then feeds an invertor in parallel to that battery....witjout the battery he said switches would blow no matter what sort of like using battery like series cap to filter...reminds me a bit of Mckay using battery as ground with only one lead of battery connected other lead is the air Kone .

DougI didn't use any regulator on my home made boat windmill charger, just a single diode, for low wind blocking the back feed from the battery banks. I found those big deep cycle golf cart batteries could drag down the propeller speed, sucking in any amperage out there, acting as a useful buffer to strong winds with the Lenz's law drag working as a prop speed regulator and voltage regulator.Cheers warren Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Sat, 6 Oct 2018 at 2:12 PM, [email protected] [EVGRAY]<[email protected]> wrote: Hi Norman I liked that mcKay video it wasoztly speculation but lots of information.not known before and some really good stuff about a "battery as ground" I think that is super interesting Ismael Aviso has the whole HV cap discharge thing down I saw it work and amazing stuff without using hardly any power...he shoots not NN coils on sir, but instead shoots a shorted out fat aircored doughmut coil imto the sir that weighs 1kg and beneath it A flat psmcske coil that recievesbthe HV cap discharge of around 2000v. ..11 seconds between pulses, to charge cap.
