I liked that mcKay video it wasoztly speculation but lots of information.not known before and some really good stuff about a "battery as ground" I think that is super interesting
Ismael Aviso has the whole HV cap discharge thing down I saw it work and amazing stuff without using hardly any power...he shoots not NN coils on sir, but instead shoots a shorted out fat aircored doughmut coil imto  the sir that weighs 1kg and beneath it
 A flat psmcske coil that recievesbthe HV cap discharge of around 2000v.
.11 seconds between pulses, to charge cap. Power supply small 9v bsttety anxbtwo AAs for 12v
He shows in video 14 knocks into air 45 feet high, battery drops from 12.7 to 11.4 from the 15 czp discharges.
Trick is the shorted out missle coil so ring itself at some frequency upon getting hit by the HV pulsed launcher coil

Also interesting Ismael built a MEG reactor  thing that he powers his electric car with (12v input 600b cap discharge output) 
Anyways he told me he runs hv dpikey radiant e.g. crazy  power produced in series through lead acid car battery to sort of filter it amd keep it all under control, then feeds an invertor in parallel to that battery....witjout the battery he said switches would blow no matter what sort of like using battery like series cap to filter...reminds me a bit of Mckay using battery as ground with only one lead of battery connected other lead is the air
