In June of 1990, an exceptionally violent tornado formed in the 
desert-land of southwest Texas. Near the end of the tornado's path, an 
oil production facility was destroyed (at left) and three oil tanks 
weighing 180,000lbs were moved three miles to the east. Two of the tanks

A note here of which I have stated before:  "Bernoulli and Newton's 
third Law" was not involved here.

Over many years, I have been experimenting with the Negative Ion 
Generators which are so common for cleaning environmental air and the 
supposed good health effects. I have one running continuously in my 
home. Besides creating some ozone via the formation of the tri-atomic 
bond of oxygen you see the drop out of dust particles from the air due 
to the charge. Yep you have to dust frequently cause that is how the air 
cleaning principle works.  That is how they are used in the old bars, 
dance halls etc. where there is heavy smoking.  They were called Smoke 
Eaters.

That aside lets discuss some interesting facts regarding negative 
ionization and the attendant effects.  No one noticed back in the early 
90s that ALL, I say again, ALL interesting discussion of the negative 
ionization effects were removed from the Internet feed on purpose.  Good 
reason cause the paragraph at the beginning of this page where objects 
weighing over 100,000 lbs. were moved is a classic example of the 
anti-gravitic effects of ionization of molecular lattice in material. 
When I first got interested in the subject, you could go online and pull 
up numerous interesting articles on the subject.   One of the most 
revealing articles was on the un-exploded ordinance recovery, robotic 
vehicles which had too frequent failures due to electronics on board 
over heating.  Engineers knew about negative  ionization cooling so they 
simply installed a HVDC power unit and maintained a gross negative 
charge on the vehicle and it remained cool in the scorching desert 
heat.    Many interesting articles have been removed from the Internet 
on purpose.

Now you ask, OK, smart ASS, how does it work"?       Examine the 
Schauberger Implosion Vortex phenomenon to understand as in the case of 
a natural tornado, that there is an inflow of warm, moist air 
tangentially into a very strong low pressure region with extreme air 
velocities being achieved. The low pressure gradient causes the cooling 
and condensation of huge volumes of moisture from the air with off the 
scale electrostatic charge. PHASE CHANGE IS ELECTROSTATIC RE-ARRANGEMENT 
OF ELECTRONS IN THE ATOMIC LATTICE.  You in effect have the worlds 
largest Van de Graff Generator. Reference the Armstrong Electrostatic 
Steam Generator. In the high velocity inflow air currents there are a 
huge number of eddy vortex actions occurring which leave material 
objects grossly ionized.   Take it for what it is worth, for I believe 
that the AG effect is due to gross ionization of an object. The rapidity 
of the ionization of an object causes a great amount of electron 
movement in the molecular structure and the attendant manifestation of 
electric fields ( Ole, Hooper Motional electric field?? )  and Magnetic 
flux.  Remember, if a charge moves it creates an electric field with 
attendant magnetic field. Physics 101.

    it existed it would not explain the motions of the bodies as
    observed. Only the existence of a field of force can account for
    them and its assumption dispenses with space curvature. All
    literature on this subject is futile and destined to oblivion."

It is a great pity that Tesla never published his dynamic theory of 
gravity. Modern thinking about gravity suggests that when a heavy object 
moves it emits gravitational waves that radiate at the speed of light. 
These gravity waves behave in similar ways to many other types of waves.

Tesla's greatest inventions were all based on the /study of waves/. He 
always considered sound, light, heat, X-rays and radio waves to be 
related phenomena that could be studied using the same sort of math. His 
differences with Einstein suggest that he had extended this thinking to 
_gravity_.

double neutron star pulsar called PSR 1913 + 16 proved that _gravity 
waves exist_. Tesla's idea that gravity is a field effect is now taken 
more seriously than Einstein took it.

He never explained his theory of gravitation to the world. The attack he 
made on Einstein's work was considered outrageous by the scientific 
establishment of the time, and only now do we have enough understanding

Excellent post!!!  OK I am with you on the ionization concept of charge
separated phase change and find it a very astute observation. 

The following is my postulate based on research and observation but I
have not proven so remains as a theory, here goes: I believe the AG
trick is for the item to as you say be negative ionized like a lifter,
however there is an aetheric field that remains seeping through
everything and keeping it's field somewhat amorphous and grounded in
equilibrium but for a few grams.  So in order to enable huge objects to
lift a simple negative DC charge is not thorough enough until perhaps
extreme relatavistic voltages, as all molecules need to be lined up and
spun in rotational inertial frame agreement with one another.  Similar
to a magnetic field creating alignment in ferrous metals and RF induced
transparency, everybody has to stay on the beat and dance as one. 

So the lifter Townsend Brown concept likely is half of the horse and the
other half is torsional spin inducing the environment to act in tandem
with the platform.  So take a large saucer or triangle and charger it DC
and then as in the patent you posted awhile back use high power rf three
phase to spin align the static DC field. 

In as much I think that Bill Lyne comes very close to the truth but I
think forgot to add in the phase relationship of the AC in order to
induce the DC brush, as he calls it, to gain angular momentum and create
the differential required in order the ambient doesn't simply fill space
with charge opposing the neg DC.  He may also have left out the charge
polarity of DC.

The aerospace artist that was blacklisted for drawing the saucer
illustrates the base of the saucer as pie slices of dielectric inferring
a motional DC field.

Maybe you have a theory on angular momentum and ionization?

lattice of the silicon in the TO3 transistors that was causing the

Ole, Back in the late 60s some scientific minds tossed the idea of 
dropping a one megaton thermo-Nuc into a hurricane core while it was 
still out over open ocean.    The idea was to disrupt the circular wind 
currents. After thought caught up to their thinking for the normal core 
pressure in a hurricane is usually down around 900mb and the expanding 
shock wave from the blast would plunge the core pressure down to 
possibly 800mb and the release of that much thermal energy would create 
super vertical convection currents thus exacerbating the whole

The motinal electric field in an ionized tornado could be great. The magnetic field will have to go through its axis of spin. Radially away from the funnel the magnetic field parts almost cancels. Only the part along the spin axis exists to any amount. The induction from difference in the motional field from the ions moving in different directions on the front side versus the back side of the tornado is what Hooper and Smith suspected was the cause of gravity. Of course they discussed the front and back of electrons orbiting the nucleus of atoms. But the principle would be the same for such macro scale I guess.
