It's hard time following up on all of your links if having to read all of them. I definitely don't have the time and must be very selective. Links without any good reason for reading them are discarded.

The motinal electric field in an ionized tornado could be great. The magnetic field will have to go through its axis of spin. Radially away from the funnel the magnetic field parts almost cancels. Only the part along the spin axis exists to any amount. The induction from difference in the motional field from the ions moving in different directions on the front side versus the back side of the tornado is what Hooper and Smith suspected was the cause of gravity. Of course they discussed the front and back of electrons orbiting the nucleus of atoms. But the principle would be the same for such macro scale I guess.

In June of 1990, an exceptionally violent tornado formed in the desert-land of southwest Texas. Near the end of the tornado’s path in Bakersfield Valley, a production facility was destroyed (at left) and three oil tanks weighing 180,000lbs were moved three miles to the east. Two of the tanks were found 600ft up a hillside with a 40 degree incline. This is one of the most impressive instances of tornado damage ever recorded and perhaps the only documented instance of an object over 100,000 lbs being moved a long distance. A note here of which I have stated before: "Bernoulli and Newton's third Law" was not involved here.
Over many years, I have been experimenting with the Negative Ion Generators which are so common for cleaning environmental air and the supposed good health effects. I have one running continuously in my home. Besides creating some ozone via the formation of the tri-atomic bond of oxygen you see the drop out of dust particles from the air due to the charge. Yep you have to dust frequently cause that is how the air cleaning principle works. That is how they are used in the old bars, dance halls etc. where there is heavy smoking. They were called Smoke Eaters.
That aside lets discuss some interesting facts regarding negative ionization and the attendant effects. No one noticed back in the early 90s that ALL, I say again, ALL interesting discussion of the negative ionization effects were removed from the Internet feed on purpose. Good reason cause the paragraph at the beginning of this page where objects weighing over 100,000 lbs. were moved is a classic example of the anti-gravitic effects of ionization of molecular lattice in material. When I first got interested in the subject, you could go online and pull up numerous interesting articles on the subject. One of the most revealing articles was on the un-exploded ordinance recovery, robotic vehicles which had too frequent failures due to electronics on board over heating. Engineers knew about negative ionization cooling so they simply installed a HVDC power unit and maintained a gross negative charge on the vehicle and it remained cool in the scorching desert heat. Many interesting articles have been removed from the Internet on purpose.

Examine the Schauberger Implosion Vortex phenomenon to understand as in the case of a natural tornado, that there is an inflow of warm, moist air tangentially into a very strong low pressure region with extreme air velocities being achieved. The low pressure gradient causes the cooling and condensation of huge volumes of moisture from the air with off the scale electrostatic charge. PHASE CHANGE IS ELECTROSTATIC RE-ARRANGEMENT OF ELECTRONS IN THE ATOMIC LATTICE. You in effect have the worlds largest Van de Graff Generator. Reference the Armstrong Electrostatic Steam Generator. In the high velocity inflow air currents there are a huge number of eddy vortex actions occurring which leave material objects grossly ionized.
