could use it because of all the farmers killing them selves over no rain

research into Pyramid Energy per Dean and Mary Hardy Research. Jerry

Breaking news. There has been a terrorist attack on Australia recently, 
using a weapon of mass destruction know as a "cloudbuster". Intelligence 
sources identified the attack as the work of a shadowy terrorist group 
known as the Panacea-BOCAF organization, headed by alleged terrorist 
leader, Ashwenth Palise.

I reported last year at this time that he had caused serious floods in 
Queensland.

But the stark fact is that regardless of his intentions or his methods, 
this was indeed a terrorist attack on Australia with a weapon of mass 
destruction, nothing less. He could hardly have done more damage if he 
had detonated a bomb in the center of Brisbane.

not just you but also Panacea-Bocaf are terrorists. So he stepped on his 
pecker this time...time to haul his ass into court and he has to PROVE

Sorry, Smokey for I did not respond to your question regarding the 
Barium Titanate crystals that you showed as an attachment. Back in the 
MRA days we experimented with the sonar crystals used by the Navy. We 
had one that was a 3 inch X 3 inch right cylindrical PZT that came out 
of Navy sonar transducer. The items you displayed are in all probability 
salvaged from same type Navy Sonar devices. Our PZTs were Lead Zirconate 
which we bought from Tanner Electronics, Dallas, surplus sales. They 
were mfg for use in the Branson Ultrasonic welders. I has several of the 
welders which TI used for fusing plastic sheet. Kinetic impact welding 
at 32kHz.

Hello Norman,
Thanks.
Am familiar with that stouch and also John Hutchison but nothing on the 
'Orion gun' and only the real ones and the Steiger Vortex Guns but thats 
all.
The Ash model David Wells Machine had longer arms than mine and the only 
real difference and a consideration that I should modify mine as a 
solution but use it wisely.
I have used the DWM at odd times but with nothing conclusive of its 
abilities but is worthy of modification.

 If you carry around a good orgone device, you may even followed by rain or drizzle if the place you go have something that prevent rain.
 

 Thunder and lightning is not the way of Wilhelm Reich's according to Eva Reich (his daughter).

 I completely agree with that. Violent weather is NOT a good result. It is a worse problem than drought. And not just cloud buster can cause that. Trails up above obviously play part. Small orgone device that people call as orgonite can do that if the maker use orgone overdose reaction to measure their strength (it should be the opposite). It is crazy to think that people wear something that make them MORE sensitive to bad energy instead of wearing something that make them LESS sensitive to bad energy.
 
Orgone device that cause orgone overdose, make people overly excited or emotional, headache, nausea, diarrhea, make ice stay ice in a room temperature, prevent fuel evaporation, etc should be avoided. Even orgone accumulator should be avoided if it can not reduce headache. Otherwise it is not any different than chemical cancer cure. Sure the cancer is gone, but people will still die because of its strong side effect.

 I had some conversation with Joel Carlinsky via email before. He seem does not know how to produce drizzle with cloud buster. So I believe the REAL knowledge or Wilhelm Reich cloud buster is LOST.

 

 Please do not consider excessive rain as a good result. Also storm, lightning, fastwind, tornado, etc. That should not be the goal. A device that cause black clouds with thunder and lightning is obviously a bad device.
 
 btw, some people that use cemenite in Australia, Indonesia, US and Cyprus report gentle rain, more wild birds, blue sky with white low clouds, with more gentle weather than the rest in local area. I hope people can try cemenite too. Hopefully it can negate the bad effect of cloudbuster in your place.
