like Joel has slandered you (and I'm sure its not the first time);
Breaking news. There has been a terrorist attack on Australia recently,
using a weapon of mass destruction know as a "cloudbuster". Intelligence
sources identified the attack as the work of a shadowy terrorist group
known as the Panacea-BOCAF organization, headed by alleged terrorist
leader, Ashwenth Palise.
I reported last year at this time that he had caused serious floods in
Queensland.
But the stark fact is that regardless of his intentions or his methods,
this was indeed a terrorist attack on Australia with a weapon of mass
destruction, nothing less. He could hardly have done more damage if he
had detonated a bomb in the center of Brisbane.

pecker this time...time to haul his ass into court and he has to PROVE

I'm sure an excellent case could be presented and if he fails to answer
it, he forfeits.
If he comes to court and cannot PROVE what he has widely promoted about
you and Panacea-Bocaf, he loses and you can sue for damages to your
reputation. Need also to get a list of how many members are subscribed
for the groups he posted to.
Possibly OTHERS who he has slandered or attacked publicly with outright
lies might be induced to come forth as witnesses or CO-PLAINTIFFS
against him.
Shut him up once and for all.
