I strongly believe that this statement bellow is the wrong way:

 If you carry around a good orgone device, you may even followed by rain or drizzle if the place you go have something that prevent rain.
 

 Thunder and lightning is not the way of Wilhelm Reich's according to Eva Reich (his daughter).

 I completely agree with that. Violent weather is NOT a good result. It is a worse problem than drought. And not just cloud buster can cause that. Trails up above obviously play part. Small orgone device that people call as orgonite can do that if the maker use orgone overdose reaction to measure their strength (it should be the opposite). It is crazy to think that people wear something that make them MORE sensitive to bad energy instead of wearing something that make them LESS sensitive to bad energy.
 
Orgone device that cause orgone overdose, make people overly excited or emotional, headache, nausea, diarrhea, make ice stay ice in a room temperature, prevent fuel evaporation, etc should be avoided. Even orgone accumulator should be avoided if it can not reduce headache. Otherwise it is not any different than chemical cancer cure. Sure the cancer is gone, but people will still die because of its strong side effect.

 I had some conversation with Joel Carlinsky via email before. He seem does not know how to produce drizzle with cloud buster. So I believe the REAL knowledge or Wilhelm Reich cloud buster is LOST.

 

 Please do not consider excessive rain as a good result. Also storm, lightning, fastwind, tornado, etc. That should not be the goal. A device that cause black clouds with thunder and lightning is obviously a bad device.
 
 btw, some people that use cemenite in Australia, Indonesia, US and Cyprus report gentle rain, more wild birds, blue sky with white low clouds, with more gentle weather than the rest in local area. I hope people can try cemenite too. Hopefully it can negate the bad effect of cloudbuster in your place.
