Hello Norman,

You at 79, I am going 78. Life is a bitch when you have nothing to do 
all day!

*Some short time back you mentioned a particular device that created 
black clouds with thunder and lightning, would you mind repeating that 
scenario as one of my roles here is in making rain after Trevor James 
Constable and Wilhelm Reich. *

There are many other means and that is the reason for my interest. 
Living in the driest Continent certainly has its challenges and that is 
what I attempt to change - Aetheric Weather Engineering - AWE Australia.

I have a David Wells Machine built from the lone picture but is really 
untried at this time as I appear to be engineering with what I have 
found works as the demand is high and continuous during this Solar 
Minimum. Also have the 'Wheels of Destiny' Machine by Lee Valstad but is 
in mothballs as we agreed to not use it as 'we are not ready for this 
type of machine' - ring of thunderstorms, alien beings and unusual 
happenings.

Anything you have on making rain would be most appreciated. Am enjoying 
all of your inputs as I also have all of the KeelyNet texts and 
reviewing is never a waste.

Barium Titanite - see attached - I purchased this from the US after 
reading of your MRA experiences and is obviously out of some device but 
that was never identified and do you have any idea of what this might be 
a part of? Have not as yet made any effort to replicate your device as I 
am up to the neck in other areas.
