It seems that we are entering the realm of electric car motors, that try to optimize every part of the rotation. Has anybody been visiting some of the electric hot rodder's forums? My friend Mike, who is putting a Nissan Leaf drive train in his 1.5 ton Volkswagon truck is heavy into this type of motor conversation.Cheers Warren Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Wed, 14 Nov 2018 at 12:01 AM, Mick [email protected] [EVGRAY]<[email protected]> wrote: Kone, Its a BLDC motor. Kone, Thank for renewing my interest into the washing machine motors, they look like the bees knees for research. I guess these things don't use iron on the windings. Are you aware which if any BLDC controllers are bipolar so one not need changing windings if using s N-S-N-S-N-S magnets. James, How did you make your multicoiler? Can you explain the carbon-boron addition also? Disappointing to hear you are still a target of harassment. Try building an aluminum foil Faraday shield and charge it with a neon transformer or some source at least 2000v. I don't quite recall if it is AC or DC try both but pulsed DC sounds correct. One uses a gas discharge tube from the charged shield to ground and the EM harassment couples to the E field, if probably requires a negative charge to accomplish this like a 1/2 wave negative pulse, just be sure not to catch anything on fire from the potential sparks. Can also use a bunch of saltwater capacitor Leyden jars: power supply-shield-GDT-Leyden-ground so the energy has a good sink. Also be careful of attracting lightening, best turn off during lightening season. I notice the design of the motor is much like a ceiling fan motor ..you can get them for almost nothing at a scrap yard there so common .something cheap to tinker with . and we need more information on his work even a block understanding or base principal would give some direction .I finely got my ten coil mulity strand going and turned a profit from it got two golf cart batteries and they were dead with sulfation read 12 volts but only lasted 1/2 hour till inverters tuned off but now the run all night it's desufating and charging .now I need a battery charge meter from Napa .got them for 20 bucks each looks like I'm going for a 12 battery system to parrell my solar panel system a Bedini plus the four battery system .that would be around 160 for dead golf cart batteries an 80 % savings .it's to soon to really tell yet . I might actually be able to get a refrigerator running full time on it 🙌. It will be a day of days when I can charge up the 12 batteries in the dark with out any out side help by rotating Thu the purely cold energy Bedini wheel and no cap dump .I would of done this sooner but every time I tried they hurt me a lot but some how I got it done .with out the agony . I'm going to try to put powered carbon in a glass tube surrounded by directional neo's and see if it helps the charging .it's the VSG tec.where the hi voltage pulsing flips the some of the carbon isotopes in to boron and back releasing large quantities of cold electricity .any thing above 100 volts DC positive makes it take off .so a pulsing 350 to 400 volt Bedini wheel should work .time will tell . Hi James The nice battery Meyers are ones that also measure internal resistance of battery which is really good tjonh to know. Usually auto store battery testers tell you only the CCA cold cranking amps which is ok but internal resistance even better. CheAp hyromeyerz are great with wet cells but is possible ypur specific gravity reads good but internal resistance bad.. Anyways these battery resistance meterrs 60 bucks on enay. Let us know more about your 10 coil multi strand thing....is this rotating bedini wheel or something else... With lead acids just slam in the flyback spikes...if you go with cap charging for 13v batteries Dave up cap to 36v then let loose to charge and have cap drop to only 23v during discharge now every joules released doing good charge. This method restricted to lead acids only of course. Kone

Kone! Such a common error! ( has backemf/recoil flyback recovery (Sorry Norm he calls it back emf) On 11/13/2018 10:22 PM, [email protected] [EVGRAY] wrote: > has backemf/recoil flyback recovery (Sorry Norm he calls it back emf)

Hi James I wrote Gary a few days ago have not heard back last video he put up his speed and pulse controller blew up from stray wire and is fixing it. In nutshell what I know he uses one of those pancake washing machine motors with perm magnet rotor on out side of stators....he puts his own hall effects on it and spins it then with toothed rubber automotive timing belt and pulleys he spins pancake motor say 500rpm (guessing) while two stepper motors Working as generators hit their sweet spot in rpms where they get delayed Lenz effect and speed up under loading and trick is to find tis rpm window and step up to perhaps 4000rpm [guessing)) and find that narrow rpm window they must spin at to negate Lenz law...might be window.of only 200rpm to find...so under 3900 and over 4100 will not work as example and guess. Gary said the guy told him to test unit under load, run it up and down in rpms until you find where amp draw goes down dramatically to pancake motor the that should be sweet spot to run it at. Gary also said it looped without a flywheel but it helps a lot when introducing the load to generators to prevent stalling. Look on YouTube "Don Smith #187 " Kone

Hi Mick In particular motor in video with rotor of16 NS magnets. and 49 slots for coils .i think geometry says 49 slots means 48 core structures for coils to wind around...not sure but let's assume this so I will guess when he pulsez the coils he is both pushing and pulling in same direction each rotor magnet by the bridging across of coil to N and S adjacent magnet edge, so n basically the coils connected in sets of 3 adjacent coils these 3 all wound same all same polarity...so 16 sets of three, NSNS etc all the way around to setz of tbree coil's pokarity. You need to reverse pulse polarity every other firing of that string of 16 sets of three so all this easily done with halls and disc with timing magnets on back of shaft. Actually now thinking it should be I8 sets of 3 coils firing simultaneouz with 3 adjacent coils in between left blank, then the 3 blanks fire opposite pomarity to move rotor magnets In pull push fazhion. Really not so difficult one you get concept then wind it so it works.... For speed conrtoller, hookup WPM to it, you might need two in parallel one for each pulse polarity...them the steering diodes into caps for flyback recoverybackem/recoil flyback recovery,. Ron lived near MtAdams that's your territory Kone
