How did you make your multicoiler?
Can you explain the carbon-boron addition also?

Disappointing to hear you are still a target of harassment.

Try building an aluminum foil Faraday shield and charge it with a neon
transformer or some source at least 2000v.  I don't quite recall if it
is AC or DC try both but pulsed DC sounds correct. One uses a gas
discharge tube from the charged shield to ground and the EM harassment
couples to the E field, if probably requires a negative charge to
accomplish this like a 1/2 wave negative pulse, just be sure not to
catch anything on fire from the potential sparks.  Can also use a bunch
of saltwater capacitor Leyden jars:  power
supply-shield-GDT-Leyden-ground so the energy has a good sink.   Also be
careful of attracting lightening, best turn off during lightening season.
