I found out the hard way with hydrogen flame speed and it blew my hat off!
It would work great in a turbine like a jet plane I'm thinking. It's hard to believe it could ever work in a piston engine..

OK! All you guys on this site, Consider this your trip to the proverbial WOOD SHED! First read the sign at entrance to my Research Farm: It says to you, H-H-O Research! I had two ea. of Yule Brown's BN-2000, Browns gas welders and did a lot of imploding the stoichiometric ratio H-H-O gas resulting in a loud PLINCK, sound of an implosion event. I'm 80 years old and spent my entire life involved in the internal combustion technology world as first auto mechanic then on to a career as an Ordnance Office, vehicle and aircraft maintenance in addition to Military Research & Development. All that aside, here are the facts of life! In all internal combustion engines, you have to have an inert expanding gas (Nitrogen) that absorbs the heat of combustion of the fuel air mix in-order to get the driving force to produce torque or thrust as in a turbo jet. Without an expansion agent all you get is a release of heat. Same applies to the generation of the H_H_O gas in the electrolytic cell. Back in high school chemistry class you all plunged a lighted splint down onto test tube of hydrogen gas split in electrolytic action and got the loud POP which was the burning of the hydrogen in air with the nitrogen giving the expansion POP! When you com-bust H-H-O in a closed environment without nitrogen or any other inert gas all you get is a loud PLINK sound of implosion and a release of heat. During my Elemental Replication experiments , I burned H-H-O in an implosion steady burn with a water cooled Pyrex condenser to get what I called absolutely pure pristine water without any signature. Hundreds of hour of burning the H-H-O with no explosions due to the fact that an expansion agent was not present! Doug (KONE) and I had a great friend in Eugene Mallow whom published several article on my Research. See an article on Peter Graneau's work with exploding water which goes to Gerry's comment on a H-H-O gun! NOT! Gerry, You need to research how a WATER GUN works as you will see by reading these articles. WOOD SHED TIME! http://www.infinite-energy.com/whoarewe/gene.html GraneauIE13-14.pdf https://aip.scitation.org/doi/abs/10.1063/1.95559?journalCode=apl https://www.researchgate.net/publication/231781707_Arc-liberated_chemical_energy_exceeds_electrical_input_energy https://youtu.be/iC5Gu29OaOI https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_emergency_power The water gun that Peter Graneau built fired a teflon 1/2 inch diameter rod trough seven NY telephone directories with the exploding of one CC of water with a 20 killo-joule discharge of a capacitor. It is call the water fog phenomenon. This technology is used extensively in the explosive forming of complex aircraft parts with exotic metals like titanium. What you take away from all this is the simple fact that you have to have an expansion agent to get thrust or driving force! SIMPLE! A lot o0f education went into the field of maintaining both internal combustion engines and turbo jet engines, most important was the science of basic fuel products and the heat content of same! You have to understand how hydrocarbon fuels work in the process of producing power. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internal_combustion_engine http://large.stanford.edu/courses/2016/ph240/cassady2/ https://www.researchgate.net/post/Why_is_liquid_nitrogen_used_as_a_fuel_in_place_of_petrol_diesel_etc_and_why_cant_we_use_water_instead https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluid_catalytic_cracking https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calorimeter http://www.parrinst.com/products/oxygen-bomb-calorimeters/?gclid=CjwKCAjwjIHeBRAnEiwAhYT2hyeDjPNZtT8aLkQZY7d9jgXkN3HDG3kIsizHW7jI0dIYuq4K73dUARoCRVsQAvD_BwE At the refinery, there is a continuous analysis of fuel products as they are produced which tell the heat content of the hydrocarbon based fuel product as they add antiknock additives and ethanol blending etc. <https://go.onelink.me/107872968?pid=InProduct&c=Global_Internal_YGrowth_AndroidEmailSig__AndroidUsers&af_wl=ym&af_sub1=Internal&af_sub2=Global_YGrowth&af_sub3=EmailSignature> On 10/12/2018 6:31 AM, Norman Wootan wrote: > > OK! Hi James, As far as having guns or weapons goes.... unfortunately both George and I live in an overly regulated Australia. Here we can be charged if we injure a burglar whilst he robs our homes. Don't laugh it has and it does happen, homeowners & shopkeepers have been charged and found guilty, Then having to compensate the burglar/intruder for their injuries and or going to jail themselves. We are not allowed actually defend ourselves or use "excessive force". In the heat of the moment though, sometimes you just gotta use what you can reach for. Our often over zealous & aggressive Police will charge folks for going just 2 miles per hour over a speed limits etc etc The justice system is very slow, expensive and often overly lenient. As a result thugs thieves all manner of low life tend to injure people with impunity here. Don't get me wrong it's a great country but most individual freedoms have been severely curtailed. And late night shopkeepers & gas station attendants taxi drivers are just sitting ducks... poor bastards. We over here admire the US for it's seemingly true freedoms and it's constitution. James Yup it is rough living in a country where folks don't get into recreational homicide, or are even not scared of their neighbours, enough, and let them have keys to the place, so in an emergency, when you can't get home, you can call, and they will feed your cat.Down the road, we buy five dozen eggs, leaving the money in a saucer next to the sink.It might be hard to imagine. One doesn't have to view every stranger as a potential criminal, that we have to shoot, trying out our latest ammunition for the AK47. It is all a matter of how we see each other, and take pleasure in their company.Maybe there is natural lithium in the water supply, but an amazing number of people one encounters, are polite, and very kind to each other. One hears tales of isolated folks, who during the long winter months, simply go a bit bonkers.Inviting them over for a coffee, and some sitting time with a purring cat on the lap, and a big dog sleeping at their feet, can do wonders.Drugs, even here, are a problem Sons, and daughters, experimenting with a substance that connects in a powerful way with the happy spot in the brain, become the naive victims of a chain of ruthless entrepreneurs, who make these addictive substances, halfway around the World. There certainly is intelligent evil in some parts, that spawns this cynical exploitation of fellow creatures.Rounding them up, and keeping them in cages, seems like a sensible precaution, where ever they are found. The victims, they are very sick people, with a terrible impairment, that unhappily for them, will be a lifelong challenge, avoiding ,feeding that happy spot.So in all of this, the only way to discourage such evil, is be well educated, an hopefully, we can spot the action before it takes place.Unlike"Breaking Bad" the study of chemistry is a good thing, yet now, is seen as the first step towards evil. I first made gun powder when I was about ten, and fire crackers were not on sale, except for the 24th of may Victoria Day to celibrate Queen Victoria's birthday. I read how to make it in the Encyclopedia Britainica, which gave a very detailed description of history, and methods of making gun powder, enough for any enthusiast. As a professional, making explosions for the film industry, I started to see a pattern of unhealthy delight in my co-workers, on set, eyes, almost like an addiction, to things that go bang.It ran the whole range from producers, directors, props people to hairdressers.Could it be that same happy spot being tickled? Bang!My Tesla coil makes that sound.Cheers Warren Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Fri, 12 Oct 2018 at 3:12 AM, James Glinski [email protected] [EVGRAY]<[email protected]> wrote: Woo that's a bummer. Norm so hho with a cold steam ultrasonic generator as a expansion agent would work .with the natural nitrogen in the air on a piston engine .i like the turbo idea very efficient simple maybe even quiet . We talked to Peter & Neil Graneau at New Energy Conference at Denver and he told us about the 7 phone book penetration by that teflon rod. He had one of his guns blow out the long reach Bosch spark plug from the breach! Sheared the threads right of the steel. They calculated the over pressures in the firing of the one CC of water created 400,000 PSI. Now that a gun for you! Water fog but smokeless! Jamesol9Sexual crime is dealt with seriously, one is unlikely to be Prime Minister with a host of allegations hanging fire, in your past, in Canada.Watch out for your relatives if you are filthy rich, they might get impatient and wish to cash in.The constablatary can be surprisingly effective at catching the bad guys, and also coming promptly, when called. Statistically, using science, the most likely shooting victims are members of the household, where guns are kept. Siblings, toddlers, and spouses, and their teen aged friends, tend to be the recipients of the ammunition. Once some grave tragedy takes place, the entire chain of people are affected in dramatic ways, with life long impairment of happiness. As far as criminal strangers, well, even in the US it is rare, though it can happen. When growing up, we always had a musket on the living room wall.It was issued to local farmers in Kent to be a militia, just after the American Civil War, when mad Fenians wanted to take over Canada, and made various robbery excursions across Lake Erie.My grandmother was told when she was a child, to be home before dark or the Fenians will get you.Anyhow, this gun, was booty from the British winning over Napoleon's armies in Europe, converted to cap lock, and issued to Canadian civilians, to keep the peace. Our family still kept ours. It had a bore big enough for 12 gauge to rattle around in.It is hard to imagine facing off shoulder, to shoulder, against a line of soldiers doing the same at you, at the orders of some heroic general. The Fenians failed to take over Canada, as they encountered resistance, for some reason.Canadians are funny like that.I hear my neighbour out shooting at Bambi, first thing this morning, now that deer season has started.Bambi grazed with the cattle all Summer, in the field out beside us.Well it is back to work before winter hitsCheersWarren Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Fri, 12 Oct 2018 at 1:44 PM, James Glinski [email protected] [EVGRAY]<[email protected]> wrote: Warren I would go naked but I'm afraid woman would get ahold of my leash and try to walk me around .
