I copied some negative comments on the videos.
       perspective of Reality   3 months agoWait did i miss something? There was no mesurment overlay to compare the size change if any. the vid did not follow till the sun set as it would be further away and start to change in size the most at tjst point. But the vid stops before we could see what happens as it went out of view and set over the horizon. all I seen was longitude and latitude coordinates. Not an actual mesurment of the sun size as it sets. not only that but your tracking the sun. You have to have the scope fixed in the observation direction of the sun setting, And fixed in zoom. then time laps the sun as it sets with the overly mesurment graph in view as it does so. So we can watch it set as we see it move over the comparison mesurment markers. to see it change or not. this is just an opinion of observation. There's no mesurment of the sun in this vid. Wait didn't we just have this discussion that there was no vid of you with no measurements. You left out the most important mesurment of all. The sun's size. Really? You do see the problem right?

I am not a flat earther but if you take an orange and cut it, you are just making a flat circle. And whatever is below your vantage point from the now flat part of the orange is irrelevant, as you can essentially cut that off too and you would be left with a flat round disc. The horizon, whether flat or curved does in fact need to come around and connect to itself. We are always looking down on the earth. And the higher up we go, the more curvature we should see. Just as all the photos from balloons and nasa show us. So do you think, if these balloons or nasa were to show a 360 degree shot, the horizon would not connect to itself? You can see this for yourself with your own hand, curved in a ball, in front of your face. As you turn it, the highest level of the horizon stays at eye level but from every direction, you will see curvature on the left and right side. Flat earthers are using mathematically sound equations for the curvature we should see based on the size of the earth, the viewable distance and the height of the viewpoint. Off topic, Einstein himself said either coordinate system (round or flat) could be true. Like I said I am not a flat earther. But I am not an advocate that the earth is a globe either. There is quite a bit of conflicted data for those who open their eyes and see it. And i have yet to see a good explanation for the lack of curvature that the equations show us we should see. One of my best friends, who I trust strongly, believes there is no conspiracy and he has suggested that maybe light somehow bends via gravity and that is why we do not see solid (non photo) proof and why the numerous tests over water prove that there isn’t curvature where there should be. I would be interested in an explanation along those lines. But cutting a round object and making it flat, is not a good explanation. I suggest you take the video down as it gives people false information. I also suggest the majority of flat earth videos be taken down as well as most of them (not all) use poor logic. But the curvature issue is a real problem. NASA should have stepped up and put it to bed with sound proof that doesn’t involve a great lack of actual video footage above earth, of Earth and in space. I do not believe we went to the moon, traveling 25,000 miles per hour, 250,000 miles away, in the small Apollo vessels and landed there and flew back, 50 years ago and that we lost the technology to go back there. Nor do I believe it was ok to murder millions of Jews. Nor do I believe we evolved from non life or single celled life. And yet so many people believe and or believed in these things. You can call it conspiracy or you can call it lies to benefit the liars, but either way, there are a lot of liars out there. Some people, like me, don’t care about the mocking and fear mongering used to scare people into thinking that they are stupid for questioning things. It seems to me that you are somewhere in the middle of that type and that you genuinely want to help people understand and believe that you are clearing up a problem. But it’s not cleared up. The southern star trail vids are shot with fish eye, highly edited and even so, there is refraction and thus stars at different elevations are effected by different amounts of refraction causing the southern curve pattern... and of course there is holography and dome lens effects too. Plus stars on the round earth system would have to be quintillions and even sextillions of miles away which is stupid as they are completely stable in the sky not refracting or being blocked in their journey. Hi George,

If the truth is wanted use the scientific method. This way a theory is discarded in favor of a better theory. The theory best describing the issue wins. This way science progresses by getting closer to the truth when using the scientific method. As the flat earth theory can't explain a lot of observations and doesn't predict solar eclipses etc. which the sun centered theory has easy explanations and predictions for this later theory is to be preferred. Use Occam's razor to choose the simplest explanation as nature economizes its energy.

By choosing people's opinions form the debate doesn't make us come closer to the truth. Doing experiments to have nature answer questions is a much better way as proposed by the scientific method. When the answers of the experiments fit the theoretical predictions the theory works. A better theory may still come forth if the current theory doesn't explain all the experimental facts (answers). This is why theories are refined or completely discarded in favor of better theories.

Of course if there’s no wish to be enlightened all results of research can be skipped or chosen only to fit into an incomplete theory to be able to stay in the dark. We can't help you then. But don't believe you can move people into the dark when they've first been enlightened. To promote the flat earth theory it has to be better than the state of the art of the current theory.

When we can see the moon in Perth and at the exact same time people can see the moon in Nashville, Tennessee, we know for sure that the earth can't be a ball and it has to be flat.

If the truth is wanted use the scientific method. This way a theory is discarded in favor of a better theory. The theory best describing the issue wins. This way science progresses by getting closer to the truth when using the scientific method. As the flat earth theory can't explain a lot of observations and doesn't predict solar eclipses etc. which the sun centered theory has easy explanations and predictions for this later theory is to be preferred. Use Occam's razor to choose the simplest explanation as nature economizes its energy.

By choosing people's opinions form the debate doesn't make us come closer to the truth. Doing experiments to have nature answer questions is a much better way as proposed by the scientific method. When the answers of the experiments fit the theoretical predictions the theory works. A better theory may still come forth if the current theory doesn't explain all the experimental facts (answers). This is why theories are refined or completely discarded in favor of better theories.

I am not a flat earther but if you take an orange and cut it, you are just making a flat circle. The horizon, whether flat or curved does in fact need to come around and connect to itself. We are always looking down on the earth. And the higher up we go, the more curvature we should see. You can see this for yourself with your own hand, curved in a ball, in front of your face. As you turn it, the highest level of the horizon stays at eye level but from every direction, you will see curvature on the left and right side. Flat earthers are using mathematically sound equations for the curvature we should see based on the size of the earth, the viewable distance and the height of the viewpoint. Off topic, Einstein himself said either coordinate system (round or flat) could be true. Like I said I am not a flat earther. But I am not an advocate that the earth is a globe either. There is quite a bit of conflicted data for those who open their eyes and see it. And i have yet to see a good explanation for the lack of curvature that the equations show us we should see. Sorry for the late answer. I've been looking for an article on an experiment showing the bending of a horizontal LASER beam during different times of day. I don't seem to be able to find that article at the moment. I think it was on the site of the following link.

Why does the horizon rise to eye level, regardless of altitude, if our terrain exhibits any form of rotundity? Why don't planes constantly dip their nose downward to account for the constant curvature they encounter to ensure they remain at the same cruising height? I thought so...  the stars prove a flat earth, otherwise your stars have to assume a "flat galaxy" and "flat solar system" which is totally retarded like a zillion coincidences in a row... so coincidental like saying my computer built itself. The southern star trail vids are shot with fish eye, highly edited and even so, there is refraction and thus stars at different elevations are effected by different amounts of refraction causing the southern curve pattern... and of course there is holography and dome lens effects too. Plus stars on the round earth system would have to be quintillions and even sextillions of miles away which is stupid as they are completely stable in the sky not refracting or being blocked in their journey.

I've looked at the information you sent to me, and I want to discuss the subject of the real sun and the mirage sun and the photons from the real sun and the mirage sun.

"Astronomical Refraction and Terrestrial RefractionLight is naturally available in our surrounding, either in day time or at night. Such light may derive from the natural or artificial resources. When we see an object located far from our standing place, we think that what we see is its actual appearance. We are frequently unaware that what we see is actually not the real appearance of such object. For example, once upon a time when we are at a beach and admiring the beauty of nature before the sun set. The sun looks moving down slowly, and in a certain time the lower part of the sun touches the edge of the sky or horizon. The panorama is so beautiful. However, when we see that beautiful panorama we are not aware that the actual sun has already fallen under the horizon. So, what we see is not the actual sun, but the apparent sun, or the sun on its ‘apparent position’. Even, the horizon or the sky edge that we see is not the actual sky edge, but the illusive sky edge.
Such phenomena is caused by the occurrence of light refraction reaching to our eyes. The light refraction causing the presence of apparent sun is called ‘astronomical light curve’ or ‘Astronomical Refraction’, whereas the thing causing the presence of the illusive sky edge is called ‘earthy light curve’ or “Terrestrial Refraction”. The said terrestrial refraction causes the phenomena of ‘Mirage’. And mirage is not an optical illusion, but an actual physical phenomena."
So if we set up a camera recording a sunset will we be able to see when the real sun actually changes from a real sun to a mirage sun?
Will it be the same for a sunrise?  Will we see the mirage sun before the real sun becomes visible and how does the real sun and the mirage sun merge; will that be discernible?
Also what about the photons, do you think they will fit into this scenario; how will they react with the real sun and the mirage sun, given the speed the earth is supposed to be travelling at?  Will the photons have to change course after leaving the real sun and how will they do that?

I guess that by the real sun is meant the place where the sun actually is and the mirage sun is the direction it is seen from an observer's point of view. It's not necessary the actual photons emitted by the sun that is seen as the sun. Consider some kind of medium carrying the waves (aether theory). The light is then waves in that medium. Call it vacuum if not liking the old word for it (aether). Vacuum has physical constants like the vacuum permittivity and the vacuum permeability (or should it be aether permittivity and permeability?). Those two constants are what determine the signal propagation velocity which for vacuum is c (i.e. the speed of light in vacuum). For more dense materials like plastic or glass the constants differ giving a slower signal speed. This is what makes the light beam deflect when changing speed from entering a less dense to a denser material or vice versa.

It's not good enough as a proof. Use the scientific method to refine theory. Use Occam's razor to simplify. Nature must optimize its energy to simple levels.

Using mathematics is very fine. But a mathematical model must fit the actual observations and be able to predict new kind of observations to be correct. Bad science is like Einstein making thought experiments (gedanken experimenter) that doesn't apply to the real world. The flat earth theory (or conspiracy) can be compared to that.

An experiment could be made from a high flying plane like 10 km above ground (passenger planes). From that height or from the top of Mount Everest a radio beam (MASER) or a LASER beam could be shone to all places of the earth if it is flat. Radio communication from that height could be heard all over the earth using moderate power if really the earth is flat. A transmitter of same power as is used from a geostationary communication satellite would be adequate. Actually one satellite placed the right place would be able to cover all of the flat earth.

Another thing not covered by the flat earth conspiracy is why a Foucault pendulum behaves like it does? Why a frictionless gimbal mounted spinning flywheel (gyroscope) points in the same direction in space which is different from the moving earth direction. Why when applying some friction between the moving earth and flywheel of the gyroscope it becomes a gyrocompass aligning itself towards the North Star. Why the Coriolis force is acting on the oceans and atmosphere. Why all other planets and moons flown by are round if the earth isn't?

This debate was done some hundred years ago. Why are we having it again? What have changed like are there some new experiments disproving the conclusion from that time? Or is it just the plain bad old divide and conquer tactic.

I'm definitely not convinced in the earth being flat only in examples of narrow minded science not adequately describing nature. Why do they waste so much time it this? Is it because YouTube pays them for doing fake science like YouTube pays for fake news?! They should use the scientific method or the journalistic method to make the pieces fit together.

The sound waves can be sent from a noisy jet fighter plane moving at high speed below the speed of the sound waves. As the plane also can be seen by light waves that moves almost at infinite speed compared to the speed of sound the sound of the plane will be heard from another place than where the plane is observed. This 'mirage' sound is not where the plane actually is but is where it was at the time the sound waves were emitted. This is not like in the video just a single particle sent from the plane. It is actually waves in all directions in the particles surrounding the plane. The same happens with light emitted by the sun. The waves consist of all photons around the sun. It's not necessary the actual photons emitted by the sun that is seen as the sun. Consider some kind of medium carrying the waves (aether theory). The light is then waves in that medium. Call it vacuum if not liking the old word for it (aether). Vacuum has physical constants like the vacuum permittivity and the vacuum permeability (or should it be aether permittivity and permeability?). Those two constants are what determine the signal propagation velocity which for vacuum is c (i.e. the speed of light in vacuum). For more dense materials like plastic or glass the constants differ giving a slower signal speed. This is what makes the light beam deflect when changing speed from entering a less dense to a denser material or vice versa.

No and yes same for sunrise. Because of what is seen is the mirage sun only and not the actual position of the sun. Use the analogy of sound emitted from a jet plane where the almost real position actually can be seen too. By geometric calculations and precise observations a change in the speed  of the sun (or a star) across the sky should be able to be detected. The earth doesn't change angular speed to any degree during one revolution. Thus observing a change in the speed across the sky of the sun or any other far object like a star must be contributed to the deflection of the light from that object when passing through the atmosphere or perhaps even an aetheric field around the earth. ET contact sources have other explanations of light coming from the sun than our accepted school teachings. They use several densities of the medium where the waves travel. At lighter densities the signal speed is much faster than what we measure with our instruments at what is called the third density.

Thus instead of observing photons from the real place of the sun other photons are seen from where the sun was at the point in time when the photons were actually emitted.

I agree  it's the make of all .
The same happens in a vortex for water.
As well simple explanation 1 or 200  or what ever amount birds on a roof fly off circle the acreage then come back to the roof again! They can sense charges or perhaps can see it visually.
It's about mastering the fission to fusion.
