I built the first 7 Ringed Array water module in my farm workshop back in 1997. Its now marketed as the Aqua Chi/BEFE/Q2 Spa.
 

 You will spend a lot more than 170 bucks trying to build one yourself. 

 Then there are the actual material components. Some plastics are just not suitable. Some 'metals' are just not appropriate. Having spent 100's of thousands on this R&D you are much better to spend 170 on this Duck and see how it floats rather than make all the mistakes I know you will make and then you will come back and say it didnt work.

 I have limited psychic abilities. I can make Chi Balls, do self and remote healing but that is about it.
 

 $170 US is $229 Canadian, plus shipping is getting up there for me to buy something of unknown value. I suspect the material cost to be in the area of $35? hence I was asking for guidance in building one  as I am a builder with a love of making things. Turns out to be educational and very rewarding. Learned much more from the ones I liked.  Why would one intentionally

Why do we need a new theory without electrons or ions? There are different theories about electrons. How do we make electronic components and circuits without electrons or holes? This is working technology and not just scientific theory. There are models explaining electrons (and positrons) as electromagnetic fields interlocking to become stable vortex like toroidal fields. I.e. smoke ring liken 'particles.' Those particles can be stacked to form elements or plasma if just mixed up without forming condensed matter.

Isn't one element just transmuted into another kind of element? This would be like stacking more electrons or removing some of them when viewed in the rhythmodynamics theory or in the theory of W.B. Smith. All is just oscillations of different waves making up different patterns according to those theories. This could be the supply of matter to transmute or metal ions if using Faraday's law. Doesn't the ring material dissolve into the water?!
