If you want your electron theory. It can be modified to fit the bill and then re modified as inventions use this more correct visualization of the Atomic structure.
 

 Think of Plasma or the Structures of Light as Electrons and there are no other particles in the universe. These 'electrons' form Field Patterns or Torsion Fields and these Field Frequencies or vibrations determine what the matter or element is.  

 

 But why bother. Turn water into OIL with the Aqua Chi, Publish and take the scorn they will give you and the only way you will be remembered is if your audience on the internet never forgets what you wrote as it irritated them so. Do this on every forum that has slack moderation as you will never be believed anyway.... Humans just arent that smart.
 

 An 'element' of 'hydrogen' just has a different SNOW FLAKE pattern than say the 'element' of oxygen at the Atomic Level. The Plasma Structures of Light come together in an infinite number of patterns or vibrational forms. We call it the Magnetic Resonant Field Pattern of Matter. The “FRACTAL” people just don’t understand the infinite number of patterns matter can make. The MRF Pattern or the vibrational pattern determines its appearance, weight and properties we call matter and has been perverted into the Periodic Table of the Elements.  So it Matters.
 
 

 As the Plasma Structures of Light are like little bar magnets, they are easily re-organised from water to oil to rocks and vise versa with cheapazz ferrite magnets IF one understands what a Magnet is. Something Bart finds out of tone and is too elderly to learn. Ingenious isnt always patient nor always welcome.... a good example of this is when rail trains were first invented. No way an iron wheel with a knife edge on iron could get enough 'traction'.

Just a couple clauses in Fine Print at the bottom of the MOU
 

 Do you agree to read and watch all thats on the USB included with the Water Module as to how one uses the equipment before using the equipment.?
 When you havent done an experiment with the water module for more than 4 weeks, do you agree to send all that I sent you to another Member on the forum (if anyone wants it) by posting equipment to whomever asks First?
 Will you post what you find however trivial at least every 30 days?

 

 These were the standard conditions for all who were loaned or given equipment. Mostly they were also given Questionnaires to complete on a daily basis but thats not required here.
