Most important is efficiency of energy conversion. I resolved this problem. No over known solution can give up to 97% efficiency of electromagnetic acceleration then what i did. That's it.  Now remain just to implement it. 
 I want to share it to world. .  but i don't know how to do it more correctly. 
 

 By the way what do you think about the power control of the weapon ? how useful will be this function ?

Humans are easy to kill.It is remarkable that some of us are still alive.WW1 was Krupp's invention of mighty canons in the hands of someone who wanted to control the World.Airplanes, weaponized, became the tool of choice for tyrants, again wishing to control the World, bringing us WW2.There is always  that dark side of humanity's character, wishing to become a vortex of power, and destruction, in one's brief moment of life.Perhaps it is primal? Driven by hormones to rule the herd, and impregnate the planet?Whatever. The questions of philosophy, and ethics, and the need to destroy the complex cell arrangements of fellow biomass modules, using even higher speed projectiles, seems like a contest taking us to humanity's lowest, and indeed worse possible form.We can certainly do better than make yet more killing devices, that only attract the attentions of the would be tyrants.They might give you an "attaboy" and a silly hat, and perhaps millions of dead bodies, in exchange, for your "gift."Moving, and accelerating mass with high efficiency is an important bit of progress. Making weapons is a cheap cop out use of the concept.How would you like history to view you? Hi Warren and thanks for your philosophical questions. First off all i have a dream to study the universe around our earth. And i hope my invention will give me a chance to get it, and i prepared a project  that i call AEL -  Aerospace electromagnetic Launcher.  But to run it, you need a lot of money. I don't have money's for that ..  so .. i decide to try my technology in something that is less cost and can be raised inshort time - this is how electromagnetic Rifle became. 
 Next, we can’t make people stop doing violence, but we can try to reduce this violence, and make it so that when a policeman tries to detain some kind of juvenile bully, he has a choice .. shoot to kill, or reduce power, and just injure the suspect, so that force him to stop. Now the police do not have such an opportunity, they all go with military weapons, and if they need to detain someone with the use of weapons, then usually it ends fatally.
 From my opinion this can save lives.

Dimitriy,Bear in mind, weapon makers have no ethics, nor do the warriors they sell to.Solving social injustice is a matter for people, not destruction of people.Supplying yet another means of killing people just invites the curious to try it.How would you feel then?Love and empathy is hard to feel for your fellow creatures when they are found to be so damaged, and screwed up by life, but killing them? Surely humans have evolved in some parts to where there are more sensible ways to conduct damage control, without extermination of each other? I am sorry that your financial circumstances are urging you towards dropping ethical considerations against the collective well being, as opposed to engaging in a greater challenge of finding creative, and helpful, uses for your device. Miniaturized, and applied to rotate a shaft?

You may make the units smaller but efficiency still will be tied to its energy conversion efficiency .

Nice to see you back!
I am not sure where good plave to advertise and promote your EM rifle would be, but look up all the small arms manufactures over there near you, such as bulgaria, spain, germany, austria, romania, serbia....just make a list decide exactly what you want to say and what information you want to reveal and send it out to all of them at once....a video donstration would be good too.
Maybe protect yourself so immediate call-backs can be chevked out  before you reveal your home address and real identity. I dont know....
Of course your rifle's tech could be in a thousand other applications....how about a large 7 meter wide flywbeel being pulsed in 4 positions at 90 degrees at rim by four sets of your rifle tech, maybe once a second to get it up to speed and four times a second if flywheel is loaded with resistance like a big generator running  a village or factory...maybe it can loop once going needs no more power inpit...
I saw in person Ismael Aviso's "repelling force" 2k cap discharge electromagmetic cannon shooting large 1kg  coil up in air 15 meters or so in Sweden and have seen your impressive video doing the same!....for the investors, he had plan similar to large flywheel idea in order to create free eletricity for parts of SAAB factory (but it never happened) 
As for advice, dont forget Cbina! Thats where the money is, thats wheree the manufacturing would be...
So i dont know maybe take time off from testing and experiments work on a good power point presentation and set up smart plan to promote and safe plan how to recieve funding for RandD or licensing the tech....Ismael just wanted to "sell the technology" outright, license and patents and other stuff the big money pockets will deal with it as they rip you off down the road in future.

I have another two inventions ..  wich are more interesting than EM rifle, Plasma Energy Generator ( uses nitrogen as fuel) and an ion engine on a new physical principle. A method for creating an air stream my ion engine is similar to how do dolphins under water, it is sooo cool technology! But both of this tech. need investment's .. more then EM Rifle .. so this project ..for it is nothing more than a springboard. 
 i start to send an presentation to some small arms companies .. but steel didn't recieved any feedback ... 
 and for the moment i really dodn't how to break into china .. i haven't any contact's there .. and the investment market is so arranged differently, everything works there through acquaintances. I don’t know where to find such acquaintances.

You can start  builing  a following on youtube keep putting out videos and ones you hsve done already like the repelling force in your backyard it would be great if that was on youtube!!...i would send the link all around for sure!
You have some great photos and circuits already posted here in files on EVGRAY...these still shots you can also put up on youtube. Seeing tbis, everyone would know yoh sre serious and very intelligemt,snd legitimate person to deal with - someone who could produce great workung prototypes for any investor as example
I know russia has big youtube presence my wife watches russian speaking videos all the time showing nothing but daily life of a ruzsian living in usa  shoppung or driving around or working zsghtseeing etc some have get 60K subscribers, 6K watching every episode...and episodes nothing but reality show dauly life stuff!  So my advice build up a following on youtube ....put up stuff daily...get felliw researcberz and investors intetested like that...

Try the same thing with Bing search engine too...an hour or two of divging will.probably give you some very good leads and contacts....the google translayor program can work great to send out letters in their own lanquage az nobody wants to do the copy and paster translating on reciever side...

Hi Douglas. Glad to read you, and thank you for your kind words of support. Yes, I will try in the near future to prepare a couple more videos, maybe I'll show you how it all began. I already tried to contact different arms companies, both large and small .. I sent about 10 letters, but so far I have not received an answer. I also tried to register for kickstarter and crowdfunding - but nothing worked out - these platforms do not work with Russian citizens. And damn it, I even have friends who live with you and who could help with crowdfunding. So this is still a problem. I launched the linkedin page, and received positive feedback on this rifle. That is, people want this technology and ask when will it be available? All you need to do .. is to find the money to start small production and licensing. But it seems that now between me and this step there is a whole chasm. You can find me in Linkedin - Dmitriy Malenda.
 And of course, this technology can be applied in other projects.
 If I manage to find financing for this project, I will give the world my second project - a plasma generator operating on nitrogen. An all-electric thing, capable of supporting itself and generating heat. And from heat you can easily get electricity.

Dimitriy,What about a simplified device, of lower velocity?Is that possible?How about a captive, long stroke piston?I have a test apparatus, capable of reciprocating strokes, that might just be suitable for testing your concept, if it is not wildly dangerous, as far as forces involved.I would rather see it applied in a non violent use rather than yet another weapon, as there are plenty of needs for such tools.Weapons are well represented already, on the World's stage.

 not sure if it will be cheaper than in the usual ways, but it is possible.
