Bear in mind, weapon makers have no ethics, nor do the warriors they sell to.
Solving social injustice is a matter for people, not destruction of people.
Supplying yet another means of killing people just invites the curious to try it.
How would you feel then?
Love and empathy is hard to feel for your fellow creatures when they are found to be so damaged, and screwed up by life, but killing them?
Surely humans have evolved in some parts to where there are more sensible ways to conduct damage control, without extermination of each other?
 I am sorry that your financial circumstances are urging you towards dropping ethical considerations against the collective well being, as opposed to engaging in a greater challenge of finding creative, and helpful, uses for your device.
Miniaturized, and applied to rotate a shaft?
