Bert, During the time Joel & I were working with MRA, 1995, I contacted a magnet mfg in China to make prototype magnet that I called a "Light magnet" for it had Fe, Ba, Ti and Zi. Looks like I was on the right track back then. Joel said it had a light channel. The Magneto-electric effect was the correct research path. Had we known about the Magneto-electric ( flux reconnect) effect back then, the whole story would have been altered. The "pressure-induced magnetic phase transition."should be very interesting approach for You and Phil since you have the Z pinch (quarter shrinking chamber) which provides the more than 23GPa over pressures to get the magnetic field conversion effect. The Z pinch effect provides the same over pressures that you would get with high speed explosives but probably much faster, down in the nano sec. range. The PLUS + for you is you don't have to deal with TNT. Lol Please read these references to see why the Army Boys were blowing up PZT. BTW, when we were driving the MRA at super high Q in the peak resonant range (lossless region of the curve) we were in effect getting the flux conversion pressures for possible reconnect phenomenon. An added note to Moray King regarding the vortex-anti vortex reconnect phenomenon in water. When I was working in Joseph Bender's lab, he had a book written on the Schauberger Implosion Vortex Electrical corona effects at the output of the vortex. (Electro-magnetic). Little known is the fact that in an implosion vortex the pressures approach infinity in the needle fine vortex core which causes the dissociation of the water molecules and the recombining explosion (H-H-O) which yields the emission of photons in the UV, blue range of light. Joel was fascinated by the fact that the water flowing around in the Sonodiffuser tygon tubing was magnetized. The plasma introduced the magnetism into the event since there is such a powerful magnetic current in plasma. This reminds me of an experiment done by Marcel Vogel where he spun water through a Pyrex glass tube around a big quarts crystal cut in a special way. Marcel was flung into the wall by some kind of force and found the experiment interesting but wouldn't dare to repeat it. He was around 70 years old and didn't like the effect on his body.
"Although in most cases it was found that water generated a weak magnetic field, on one occasion a different effect was noted. Normally the effects noted above were attained by circulating water through a Pyrex glass tube coiled seven clockwise turns, around a tuned crystal. By reversing the position of the crystal so that the firing tip was pointed upwards, an energy was released that lifted Marcel off the floor and flung him to the wall. He was standing approximately three feet away from the apparatus when this happened. Afterwards his eyes were burned as if from intense radiation. "

But someone he talked to mentioned using PZT in these explosive experiments - because no one just accidentally spits out "lead zirconate titanate" in casual conversation, especially when the topic is specifically blowing up neodymium magnets - which normally has nothing whatsoever to do with piezoelectric crystals!
Maybe the MRA just needed a bit more cee four "oomph" to generate that over-unity pulse. . . . . :>)

What is Heat #2
For about 10 years I have been studying the effects of
heating and cooling associated with the phase change of
liquids with the hope of building a simple generator of
electrical power around the phenomenon. The reason for this
interest is based on the theory that energy can be extracted
from the ambient background via thermal differentials. My
line of thinking really took off back when I experimented
with the all too familiar Peltier junction devices found in
electronic cooling devices. Would you believe that most
people do not understand how these devices move thermal
energy through a current flow across a semiconductor
junction. Historically we find that German physicist,
Thomas Seebeck back in 1820 observed that when heat was
applied to a junction of copper and steel wire that
electrical energy resulted. Later in 1834 Jean Peltier
discovered that when a direct current was applied to two
dissimilar metals the junction got hot or cold. It was not
until 1838 that Emil Lenz clearly showed the importance of
both Seebeck and Peltier s discoveries by placing a drop of
water on the junction of dissimilar metals which froze then
melted when the polarity of the direct current was
reversed. These discoveries remained dormant for over 100
years because of the unavailability of semiconductor
materials which could provide the wide temperature
differentials. In the 1930 s semiconductor materials became
available which revived the electric cooling principles. In
the 1960 s many companies began building spot cooling
devices and refrigerators based on these effects using a
junction material of bismuth-telluride. Today more advanced
materials are used with the basic parameters of being a pore
thermal conductor but being an excellent electrical
conductor. The dissimilar materials must provide a high
coefficient of voltage temperature relationship. The first
Peltier devices that I experimented with back about 10 years
ago were built by Marlow Industries here in Dallas. With a
small temperature differential across the device a weak
current with an attendant voltage was developed. Increasing
the differential provided a proportional increase in current
and voltage. About 6 years ago I posted a chart of the
wattage generated from two different size Peltier chips on
the KeelyNet BBS. My curiosity was based on the puzzle of
how electron flow could move thermal energy across the
junctions and how electrical energy was produced by moving
thermal energy across the junction. This is a directly
reversible situation based on polarity.
Now let us look at a very familiar parallel process used in
refrigeration, cooling and heating devices employing phase
change material such as water and refrigerants. We have
always been led to believe that evaporating water provided
cooling effects which is a mechanical process. By the same
mechanical process we are provided heating effects by the
condensation of a gas back to a liquid phase change. Would
you believe that any material that undergoes a phase change
provides an attendant electrical effect. Back in 1840
Armstrong invented an electrostatic generator based on
escaping steam through insulated nozzles which provided one
of the most powerful devices of this type ever built.
Popular belief was that this was a frictional process with
the electrical output resulting from the steam friction
passing through the nozzles. After reading an old (1920 s)
Thermodynamics in Chemistry text book I realized that the
phase change of materials was an electrical phenomenon and
not purely mechanical. The atoms of the material lose or
gain electrons in the process which accounts for the
discrepancy in the energy equation when a material
transitions between phases. More energy is present after
the phase change back to the lower form or atomic state. The

Moray King, Back where my Patent on the Implosion Vortex Hydrogen Reactor was being reviewed by International Patent Application, A Japanese examiner challenged the vortex principles and called us out saying it was centrifugal in operation. Since I brought up the MRA in this document, here is my reply to Hal Puthoff back in 1995 after his 50% unity on the Internet. 02/08/95 From: NORMAN WOOTAN ~ To: ALL Subject: MRA Test Results I have been rather quiet on the subject of the MRA test that was conducted for I have let Joel handle the responses since he is more diplomatic the I. Well I have a few comments for all who are interested to really ponder. First, let us consider the true nature of the piezoelectric element in the MRA. This is probably the most "NON LINEAR" device that man or nature has ever constructed. Everyone knows just how NON-linear they are especially when I can hit the piezo with a simple pulse of 57 V and get a return of over 1000 V as a response from this little device. Now let us look at the peculiar little MRA coil. First we start with a totally "saturated" magnetic core with a primary coil and a secondary coil wound directly onto the magnet. We are "ringing" the crystalline lattice structure of the BaFeSi material that composes the magnet therefore this component is also "TOTALLY NONLINEAR". What do you get when you couple two "TOTALLY NON LINEAR" devices together into a series resonant circuit where we are driving one element 3 octaves above the other and producing 9 harmonics and purposely de-tuning the circuit to cause one of the harmonics to beat against the incoming current from the signal source to cause the MRA to achieve over-unity??? Well if you haven't figured it out yet you have a circuit that does things that are "NOT IN ANY TEXT BOOK PRINTED". Joel and I have spent countless hours looking at results of simple experiments conducted with the MRA that simply defy all EM theory or logic. Now "please" consider what I have said about how "NONLINEAR" this whole device is and go down to the last line in the file MRACLAR.ASC and read the recommendation that we should read "Principles of Linear Networks" by Friedland, Wing & Ash, McGraw-Hill, 1961. I highly respect Hal Puthoff and his theoretical abilities but in the case of the MRA, I'm sorry the "light has not come on".
