Hi Hector Here is the link you asked for a few weeks ago, and this slow-talking retired marine says his nephew makes 1000 bucks a day fixing the grid in PR....along with that a bunch of armed US military or contractor guys must be with him to protect him too so also I wonder what they make a day. I originally reported 3K a day, so sorry about that -electrician makes only 1K which is probably what a mechanic shop would charge these days fixing cars so that not so unreasonable but when you add-on the military escorts, probably it gets up to expenses being about 5K maybe 10KI a day to operate....of course the main point is they are not hiring Puerto Ricans to work at that wage to fix their own grid, I am sure plus Puerto Ricans would not need military escort too or it would be lots cheaper....the money to rebuild does not go to Puerto Rico, except comes back to USA mainland and contractors....also I wonder what the contractor keeps on top of the expenses in his bid...."carpet bagging" is what it is going on Anyways skip ahead 12 minutes into video to hear about his nephew making the big money in PR..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lSqUVMWTKE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lSqUVMWTKE

Kone, Thanks cool stuff will add to my stash. I think I can picture most of it. I love your re-guaging concept. Anyhow sounds like a lot of fun to experiment with for a minimal layout. What have you found to be the advantage of N-N over S-S? Do you know why this unit might have four brushes, is one pair for the field coils and the other set the armature? Hi Mick Not exactly sure how to Konemotor" a field coil brushed generator but what "is" a konemotor is a motor with rotating coils and cores fed by brushes, and these rotor coils line up and are pulsed N-N against stationary stator coils for the power....So maybe H is thinking you can make the rotor coils and the field coils in the generator head you will be working with, be pulsed N-N bucking to make it spin and/or this is when you could extract power lenz-free in generator mode since no lenz during a bucking coil event just for the moment the rotor and stator colls line up face to face N to N..... Additionally the stator coils have "elongated" cores in them, and pickup windings are wound back behind the stator coils, as now power is pulled out of these pickup winds taking adviantage of the flux that stretches out behind the stator coil when it is pulsed....so in yourgen head modification, you could maybe have some of the windings be pulsed, have the other winds be induced pickup winds that make power from sharing the cores swith the pulsed motor windings... Hi Mick Yes regauging the rotor to be S-N instead of N-N upon approaching firing position with bucking coil motor really is lots more power for free. also that regauguing magnet reacting to the rotor coil works as inducing current into the rotor in generator-mode too, so perhaps a no lenz generator can be built like this, with it being pulsed-out only during N-N bucking coils instead of pulsed;-in as in motor-mode......... also regauging magnets can be mounted stationary on each side of the stator coils too, not just to one side, for double the induced generator power to the rotor coils whipping past....Also the regauging magnets should be adjustable in the their positioning, as you want them closer to stator coils for higher frequencies/rpm, further away for lower freguencies/rpm as I think because the flip-time of polarity needs to be quick at higher frequencies, at lower frequencies because the movement of rotor past magnet is slower, you need more time to flip polarity of rotor coils/coresc ompletely. so they become S intstead of N.... I don't think any room in you generator-mod for regauging magnets, within the case at least.... however perhaps magnets mounted on case to give greater strength to the core magnetism would be a good experiment. to try with your generator....too much magnetism/magnets on case probably makes it harder to spin but there might be perfect strength to get lost more power from it....
