 I noticed the discussion a bit back was about the QEG.
 

 Has anyone been using the 4x background field frequency with a build.
 

 The QEG sets up a long wire antenna against the ground, and derives a 1332 khz energy field to do initial conditioning.
 

 333000 x 4 = 1.332 Mhz
 

 This comes from two sources I am aware of.
 

 The unit ends up with a field bubble of "conditioned space" around it.
 

 Now from my own calculations, the larger this field bubble is, the more power it should deliver from the background field into the motor.
 

 Since the QEG developers went into the pay to play mode, I have not kept up with what they are doing, but I have never heard anymore about this.
 

 I do know the QEG that was shown working, makes a lot of noise, which means it has a lot of vibration going on, and wherever there is vibration, the techniques of vibration fracturing can be used to manipulate the power levels. If you measure the wavelength of the vibration using SS calipers you can then begin to set up fracturing ratios to reduce the inertial resistance to acceleration and bring up field bubbles around the device.
 

 My latest work is showing that it may be possible to convert vibration into electric field by using a 1/9 frequency fractal against the main power frequency.
 

 The vibration is cancelled out, so the unit will run smoother, and the energy is delivered into the electric vector side of the quadrature field.
 

 Experiment with the 100 watt light bulb set up, shows a 20 cm wave front around the device, running at 60 Hz 120 volts single phase.
 

 These standing waves around the Variac extend to about 9 feet out in all directions as layers.

 The fact that no one is talking about this, indicates to me that possibly, no one has actually duplicated it, as they do not understand the power of using vibration manipulations.
 

 The power of any EM circuit lies in its ability to create a force of motion, and this motion lies at 90 degrees to the Magnetic and Electric vectors. The value of what Wilbert Smith gave us is that this field of motion, can be manipulated also.
 

 I have spent many years working directly with this field, and it is not limited to EM circuits, but the same techniques should apply. Vibration is the only field I have been able to achieve self sustaining fields by manipulating.
 

 I just made a new document to show a method to vibrate up a Stainless Steel can using the background field off a 333000 Hz derivative, It is based on an area value function. You can place it on the SS tube using a caliper, and then stick your hand inside it, to get a feel for the effect of conditioning space as a volume.

Hi Dave medical vrade 
Thanks for most interesting post and link to webpagr explanation too.
I have a few dumb questions;
What sort of stainless steel can is required?
Must it be rhe medical grade type 316 which is 100% non ferrous or will the more ferrous grades  of SS work as well?
Also, how do you "activate" the fields exactly? 
Touch the can with the SS calipers set at that 5.126 distance is all?  Is there something else?

 All mass has energy present already at the Isotope level. The power you get from making all the atoms vibrate up as one field will increase with the larger mass of a larger tube, a longer tube, etc.
 

 In an antenna, which is a load, we use an inverse calculation of the length to calculate resonant frequency.
 In mass resonance we use unity. The higher the water in a dam the higher the tension on the penstock by direct proportion. This is a hard thing to teach to an electrical engineer they want to view the length as degenerative or a load, rather then the source of the power.
 

 The answer to your question, as long as you need to "feel it," larger will be easier to feel at first.
 Since it will not move a meter in this form, that is your only means of detection that it is real.
 

 For a circular field coupling of the energy you need to have a pretty good circle tube. Seams are not a big concern if the main loop is fairly accurate. There are other fields you can place into the meat of the thickness of the tube and with that method, out of round is less important, Out of round will work, as an area resonance but it will be hard to set up as a diameter measurement which will not be consistent. It is however the area inside the shape that you are vibrating up with this particular experiment and any area that matches will vibrate up even a square one.

 The SS iron atoms magnetic qualities are contained by the diamagnetic qualities of the chromium, near as I can tell, the two fields cancel out. 316 and 304 will not stick to a magnet, but a magnet will stick to my calipers, and they work fine for vibration manipulations even on Joe Cells. Joe cells are conditioning water and a magnetic field will take control of the Isotope level and change the tilt spin angles of some of the water so the field coherence will not be uniform on the entire water mass as one coherent field bubble.
 

 Other kinds of fields however are stronger, and a magnet will have no effect on them, because this force is 137 times stronger then magnetic fields can become at it's maximum levels of field coherence.

 When you drop a magnet through Aluminum or Copper tubes, the resistance to motion is not from an opposing magnetic field, generated from "eddy currents." It is an inertial reaction from Isotope spin alignment of the fields having to turn in the copper out of alignment with the longer copper tube.
 

 If you notice at first the distance of the gap in this field can be way too large for a magnetic responses, an interaction that drop off by the distance cubed law. Further if you do magnetic field strength testing with a hall effect sensor, as the magnet passes in the air versus the copper tube, the flux of the magnet is not bent in the lease and power level does not change of its field as if that field were being opposed, it is as if the copper was not even there. Copper does not disturb magnetic lines of flux at all, or bend them around like iron does.
 

 With motion copper will repel both poles of the magnet equally, That is not how a magnetic field works.
 Push any two magnets together in opposition and release them and measure the distance they move apart.
 Now hold a magnet, up near a spinning copper cylinder, release it and see how far it flies. The inertial momentum is transferred from the motion of the copper, but in two opposing magnets inertial momentum is invisible.

 I would not be worried about metallurgy, for this kind of experiment, it will work with any metal that has consistent structure all the way down it and parallel sides, not tapered.
 SS is only better because you can feel it stronger with less mass and the vibration will be more pleasant.
 It will work with glass, but the effect might be painful.

DavidIn practice, what length must a tube be, to work.For instance, a hose clamp might be considered a tube.A roll of sheet metal shim stock 6" wide of stainless steel, can be adjusted in diameter, fairly accurately.There would be a slight seam a few thousandths thick.Or like your canisters, which are spun from a flat disc of stainless sheet over a mandrel, do the diameters need to be seamless?How much tolerance is possible on the exact size?I have used for movie prop making, stainless steel cans from kitchen hardware stores, in little India, on Gerrard Street in Toronto's East End.There were nestling spun stainless steel cans in a great number of sizes, often with lids.It was from this selection, that I got the stainless cans for enclosing the big coils of my Kromery Converter, so they wouldn't explode, and fly apart, with centrifugal force, from the central axis.I wonder about the physical structure of these metal tubes that are required? How important  is a seamless form to the correct function of the tube, if any?
Stainless steel is an interesting material from my material studies concerning eddy currents, that I did, years ago, back in my Bedini days.I assembled a collection of tubes of as many metals that I could lay my hands on.My comparison was dropping a spherical neo magnet into a metal tube, and timing the drop rate out the bottom end.I shared the results on the Bedini forum.The comparison between aluminium, and 316 stainless, was dramatic, to say the least, with the aluminium drop being glacial, and stainless being the same as air.But that was testing magnetic eddy currentsWhat is the metal criteria for your tubes that can be grouped into alloys most acceptable for consideration.Keep in mind, the forming operations of metal, changes the atomic relationship of the crystal structure.Stresses, are set up internally.It is possible to adjust the tensile strength by heat treatingThe problem is understanding the limits of material tolerance, while wishing to experience this vibration.It would appear, some scientific studies have been done into this question, because you are getting results.I guess the question is seams versus joints, because precise fabrication techniques can be employed, but tunable trombone adjustments could be employed as well if they might work.We need something we all can test, if we can get our hands on it, or in it.Cheers Warren

Joe cells are conditioning water and a magnetic field will take control of the Isotope level and change the tilt spin angles of some of the water so the field coherence will not be uniform on the entire water mass as one coherent field bubble.
Other kinds of fields however are stronger, and a magnet will have no effect on them, because this force is 137 times stronger then magnetic fields can become at it's maximum levels of field coherence.

If you notice at first the distance of the gap in this field can be way too large for a magnetic responses, an interaction that drop off by the distance cubed law. Further if you do magnetic field strength testing with a hall effect sensor, as the magnet passes in the air versus the copper tube, the flux of the magnet is not bent in the lease and power level does not change of its field as if that field were being opposed, it is as if the copper was not even there. Copper does not disturb magnetic lines of flux at all, or bend them around like iron does.
With motion copper will repel both poles of the magnet equally, That is not how a magnetic field works.Push any two magnets together in opposition and release them and measure the distance they move apart.Now hold a magnet, up near a spinning copper cylinder, release it and see how far it flies. The inertial momentum is transferred from the motion of the copper, but in two opposing magnets inertial momentum is invisible.

I would not be worried about metallurgy, for this kind of experiment, it will work with any metal that has consistent structure all the way down it and parallel sides, not tapered.SS is only better because you can feel it stronger with less mass and the vibration will be more pleasant.It will work with glass, but the effect might be painful.

DavidIt is a revelation regarding the tube and eddy currents.Back when I discovered this phenomena, by myself, I almost thought I had anti gravity, perhaps.I made up a polished aluminium tube, that I engraved with "Merry Christmas Mike", whatever year it was, and presented it to my father in law at Christmas.He opened it, and dropped the magnet down the tube, saying "thankyou"politely, and said "Warren, that is a very good demonstration of eddy currents"and went on to open, and admire, a pair of socks.Mike, now retired, was the director of research, for an aluminium company, a PHD phycist from a major UK university.Interesting!How he would be delighted, if I can demonstrate something new to him.  I have a piece of 304 stainless, in used condition from a scrap yard that is 3.75" ID and 28" long.
 Is that a contender?

 That is perfect, just do the math and off you go! You can at least get a few fingers inside it.
