In a JoeCell built by Joe. after 1000's of uses there is NO wear on the plates. The video of turning water into oil uses a JoeCell built 20 years ago and its done 1000's of experiments.

Maybe i am as stupid as you expect me to be, but i just see a plastic lid, filled with
bottle water, were Joe holds two cables on the lid, coming from a box looking
like a industrial charger, no idea what is or is not inside.

Where is there a Joe Cell?

       If you want your electron theory. It can
 be modified to fit the bill and then re modified as
 inventions use this more correct visualization of the Atomic
 structure.
 Think of
 Plasma or the Structures of Light as Electrons and there are
