Or it could be said that his hands give the Memory of Fire or Plasma release to the Direct Current as the imprinter. But in reality its both.
The Human body is a Cell. His hands are an extension of his Cellular Memory. Memory isnt just held in the Brain. Every Cell in the human body remembers what your eyes saw and nose smelled. Just ask heart transplant recipients why they have memories of the deceased donor. Water has Memory and Everything is Water. Structures of Light are the pnly building blocks of ALL of creation including the states of matter we call 'elements'.
Fire sprayed onto an oil fire immediately ignites the water increasing its burn or heat several fold. Water easily burns under the right conditions and all you need to duplicate this is KNOW that water can burn. Mind over matter for the beginner.
Every device or procedure Joe builds he calls a Cell. So it can be seen to be misleading.
We once made the opposite and equal effect and just a Mist of water will extinguish a blazing fire. Huge potential for the Fire sprinklers in office buildings needing barely a litre per room for 100% instantaneous extinguish. Would be good for airplanes too. Only a 1000 units available for the discerning citizen to get in on the ground floor.
Good Question though. Any abilities like 'spoon bending' will make this water burn presentation work better.
