I was thinking also one could possibly deposit graphene oxide on top of
raney nickel for giggles.

Your right there are a lot of possibilities, cupric oxide---  more head
scratching and follicle loss.

Raises a lot of head scratching for sure!
Getting ready for bed, probably wake up with no hair!
No test values shown tho. I guess one would have to approach Rice.
 You know, the standard in vs out, comprised! The failures the wins!
What temps min-  max can it run at even under a state like environment?
I have every thing except for the graphene , which that I could probably could muster.
Should also hold massive capacitance charge lol
The graphene would give it principles in the ultra cap area perhaps!
This could actually usher in other apps Norm.

This new Big Bang spawned many a new Theory of Everything as even Dan Winter stole for his Implosion theories. These Pyrotechnics Big Bangs are about the only thing one can replicate when building a JoeCell as most build out of alignment Field Devices.
  
 There was this kid aged about 12 in grade 6 who wanted to take a Joecell to Show and Tell. His name was Bates. He pestered Joe till Joe gave him a small fit in the palm of your hand cell to take to school. At Show and Tell he got up before the class and proceeded to activate the Joecell to Make Bubbles where he tried to light them with a Match as the implosion Pyrotechnics are spectacular. That’s the reason for Show and Tell. (apart from the system finding out what really goes on in the home so Child Protective Services can be informed if necessary) 
  
 So this young Bates kid powers up the cell and tries to light a bubble with a match. A light from a cigarette lighter being from a Piezo Electric Source changes the Bubbles Pyrotechnics so matches are preferred. Bates first attempt saw the match flame out, so he turned the power off and got another match to do it again. Well he had 3 match flame outs and no Pyrotechnics. The 4th time the match lit the bubbles on the Cell. The resultant Implosion sucked all the windows out in the classroom, and half the windows in the school. It sucked all his eyebrow hair off and all the hair on the front of his head. Master Bates was looking quite a fright from Stage 4 Bubbles. Joe had to pay for the window damage.  All this from a few seconds of DC energy.
  
 JoeCell bubbles are so not anything like H & O. This is because the bubbles are derived from the Magnetic Field by energising neutral plates, rather than DC current energizing only two active plates in Electrolysis.
  
 Joecell plates never Oxidise. The gas production is near unlimited between charges of the car battery.
