How to stop wars, easy peasy answer change to a space based economy. 
Let all of the inventions shrouded in secrecy like the saucers be used
for mining asteroids and building floating cities.  The reason we have
wars is because it's an outdated economic model.  Since the 30's when
the banksters went around the planet and changed the system to fiat
currency money is derived from debt.  When total money amount M2 is only
defined by how much debt one can create, rather than by lets say how
much gold one can dig up things get weird.  What is better for creating
debt than blowing up and rebuilding countries?
This is a top down driven system based on what the money creators want,
this is what the pyramid means on the dollar bill "leader of leaders",
not voters politicians or anyone else.  When politicians discover just
cozying up to the MIC can create all sort of advantages for their
constituents plus of course the numbered accounts...  There is no other
way of stopping it.  How do a bunch of very basic hand to mouth cultures
end up with billions in war equipment to fight each other?  So Canada
and the US and Russia and the rest have to have another form of economy
to replace the murderous stuck on stupid one.  Most people just want to
get by and be left alone to be with their families but it is super easy
to initiate a tribal war response just by feeding them the right media
and then giving the right sociopaths weapons.  Eventually cultures can
be manipulated enough to have children kill their parents of have grown
men cut off children's limbs.  And by the way if one looks into the UN
teaching system operating in most countries it is based on supporting
the pyramid war structure, far from it's alleged genesis of stopping
wars rather creating a commonality of thought so war is easier to digest
because those other guys over there are doing something bad and we need
to stop them by all means necessary.

Until we stop the military economy and move forward we will not be
allowed to ascend to the next level!

That is true but if money was 1:1 with gold they could not afford to
fight wars on the level they do now. Pro war reason the central model
was forced into existence worldwide in the 30's and started WW2 because
the Germans and some others refused to play. If it has zero backing just
made up due to loans then there is no bottom line to limit creation. 
Like I said the only way to change things is to change the economic
model.  Money of substance (backing) allows people to save and not lose
value, they don't want that as they need as much debt as possible.  So
it's not just gold but rather the mechanics of money.  If they can write
a number with 9 zeros after it into the Feds computer anytime they want
and aerospace companies will accept this as tender for payment then the
Phillipean gold doesn't really matter so much.  There are multi trillion
accounts from the fed in secret and off the books.  On the other hand if
the Fed had not come along and created this fiat currency the average
person would still be able to buy a home outright with what he or she
earned in five years.  Like you said the NAZI booty is huge.  Knowing a
bit about currency speculation I know the moves Soros made like breaking
the bank of England, destroying the economy of Thailand can't be done
without huge reserves from somewhere as it takes staying power when the
market moves against you and enough bread to saturate the market and
destroy pricing.  Also people get tired of losing gold when fighting
wars, this was the reason for the US "temporary" income tax.  Because
although citizens could no longer own gold international settlements
countries could choose either dollars or gold reserves.

Of course they did, it's a spoil of ware fare and will end up in the
central bank coffers rather than the public treasury after it is used
for whatever heinous acts it may be.

 Central banks bankrupted the us treasury within 20 years of the fed
1913-1933, and stole the peoples gold from fort knox.

The point is they destroyed the average family and turned them into debt
slaves with inflationary phony currency.  They even had to enact a law
called the legal tender law in order that the fake money could discharge
an obligation.  People can fight wars with any commodity but commodities
run out, computer bookeeping entries do not hence the endless wars.

Conquering other tribes is as old as mankind and the baubles will always
be carted away by the victors be they governments or raiding war
parties.  Theft of commodities, gold, gems, drugs etc during warfare is
nothing new.  Making Americans enemies of the US State in order to take
treasury (the public's) gold in 1933 that's another story.  The trading
with the enemy act made the American people enemies of the state. 
That's pretty fkn heavy and few seemed to notice.  They claim this law
has been rescinded but never gave back the gold, interesting how that works.

The big question; as Norm says the Elephant in the room, is discharging
an obligation the same as paying for something.  If US currency is a
promissory note it is only a promise to pay for something someday,
similar to a gambling chit.  Very few things have been paid for since
1933, seriously!  If something is not paid for does possessory title
pass?  Likely only equitable title can pass.

That article written August 2017...since then the assorted terrorist headchoppers the CIA trains and pays and arms have been more or less defeated in Syria. 
This NYT article considers failure of CIA programs to be they did not manage to overthrow Assad, and put in place complete fezyroyef coil try ruled by gangs of wahhabi terrorists. The real failure is a morale one, that this happened in first place and the VIA thought they could get away doing what they did in Libya again in Syria. In Libya they imported a few hundred thousand well paid ISIL mercenaries to do the killing along with NATO air strikes. They tried the same thing again in Syria, again importing hundreds of thousands of well paid ISIS mercenaries to do the killing. This time it failed.
