Galen knew his stuff, great video!  Bombs are real fact family worked in
that field, but not so much the fear of contamination, found out about
him studying the lack of issues in Hiroshima and Nagasaki after reading
about the depleted uranium allegedly causing birth defects in Iraq and
trying to prove it did.  Well it wasn't the DU...  After thinking about
it realized how hard the media has banged our heads since I was a child
about nuclear waste danger danger danger.  Nuclear accidents and
radiation poisoning deaths and damage to the environment is nothing
compared to petroleum. 

They use the nuclear regulatory act to keep all sorts of technology
mothballed, look up NuCell battery as that is likely how the Moray
device worked.

Radio-active  means a material puts out RF, the books of LeBon show how
this is a normal reaction of most elements to sunlight.  Low level
nuclear energy is how our bodies work we would all be dead without it.

Good to see that you are well informed about the nuclear subject mate.

Yes, I looked into the Nucell battery by Paul Brown some years back.  His invention related generally to the direct conversion of the energy of radioactive decay products to electrical energy, and more particularly, to the utilization of an alpha source to sustain and amplify oscillations in an LC oscillator circuit.
That was way back in the early 1990s but I haven't heard much about it lately

Warren & Mick, Please tell me you are not that far "behind the power 
curve" on Alpha emission technique for power generator devised by Tesla 
and first brought out by William Lynn in his book.  Order the high 
Thorium content TIG welding electrodes and build the generator as shown 
by Tesla. It uses Nitrogen gas in an arc from Thorium electrodes (Alpha 
emission) to strip electrons from nitrogen and collected sort of like 
MHD in a strong magnetic field giving powerful DC output.  The biggest 
thing that all miss is the strange wording in margin of the famous Tesla 
Manifesto.  Burning atmospheric nitrogen at 10 million volts!!!!   
Purpose was to generate power from conversion of nitrogen into oxygen.

Norm,

William Lyon has some esoteric knowledge in that book, not sure how he
came about it.  First I wrote a lot off as fanciful meanderings but the
deeper I look into his claims the more I find truth.
Perhaps you could point out the location of Tesla generator you are
speaking of?  I know I have seen the little particle beam Tesla made
before I saw in Lyons book though when I looked again came up short. The
one with the aluminum rod hemispherical on one side. There are so many
Tesla devices that show up in other places besides the patent wrappers. 
Your right the tig rods are about the most concentrated for of thorium
one can find without going into big bucks and some oversight. The Nucell
patent is pretty damn close to the Hubbard coil.

The other interesting one Norm is the Coleman patent, which ses a
mixture of cadmium and two other elements to produce alpha beta, gamma
and neutrons after being radiated inside a Hi Q resonant circuit at 300mHz

When I was a kid I had one of those little buzzers and with a 6volt
battery if I touched the points where it switched it would give a major
shock, not like a sparkplug wire but like sticking ones hand in a
socket, had some current behind it that shook to my core.  I tried the
same thing with the one I found the other day and nothing, can finger
that contactor all day long under power.  I think the difference maybe
litz wire in the recent one vs raw bell wire in the 9 year old kid
version but otherwise look exactly the same.  Also diff could be the
house as a kid had a slab foundation with carpet on it, present house is
post and pier, don't recall a full body shock though just the arm.  I
remember thinking as a kid this is not normal for a HV shock as I had
been shocked by tube supplies before and that was burly too but not like
that stupid bell buzzer thing.

Good idea maybe abut the thorium.  You can also feed a thorium plant with plutonium.  A good way to produce electrical energy and get rid of nuclear waste.

Yes, I looked into the Nucell battery by Paul Brown some years back.  His invention related generally to the direct conversion of the energy of radioactive decay products to electrical energy, and more particularly, to the utilization of an alpha source to sustain and amplify oscillations in an LC oscillator circuit.
