Good idea maybe abut the thorium. You can also feed a thorium plant with plutonium. A good way to produce electrical energy and get rid of nuclear waste.

Yes, I looked into the Nucell battery by Paul Brown some years back. His invention related generally to the direct conversion of the energy of radioactive decay products to electrical energy, and more particularly, to the utilization of an alpha source to sustain and amplify oscillations in an LC oscillator circuit.
That was way back in the early 1990s but I haven't heard much about it lately

Radio-active means a material puts out RF, the books of LeBon show how this is a normal reaction of most elements to sunlight. Low level nuclear energy is how our bodies work we would all be dead without it.
