Hi Norm, I thought that it was a rare phenomena, I had not realized this was easily reproduced. *My (easily replicated) experiments with locked rotor 5 HP compressor motors producing Negative Spikes is an example of relative low voltage production of the phenomenon. 230VAC @ 82 amps is low power to me. * Can you clarify the details on producing this effect, not saying I'm going to put 19KW into a 5HP compressor motor to experience this effect, but I'm not saying I'm not either.
