The man turned transmission line theory on it head. No such thing as a static electric field, current inside conductor. A cap., coil, and transformer all act as a unique parts of a transmisson line. He made ECL logic circuits discovered when you close a switch half energy goes in the opposite direction. Dave! "Interesting"! "He made ECL logic circuits discovered when you close a switch half energy goes in the opposite direction."!!!! When we were experimenting with "DOTTO RING" it was proved that when electrons were flowing on surface of copper, there was a "teluric flow" in the core of copper in opposite direction! We are talking in the thousands of amps in "dead soft annealed" copper bar stock. "Look up the resistance" of dead soft copper. This "closed loop" (reverse path) back through core of bar produced a "huge magnetic field"! Keep in mind that the Dotto Ring was a "almost closed "C" shaped" single turn ring with an open circuit. "Not a complete turn". The "induced current" in the copper was by the the "Sebeck effect" by applying temperature differential to the ends of the open circuit "C ring"! BTW! The Dotto Ring was made with a copper bar 12 inches wide X 1 inch thick X 90 inches long formed into an almost closed "C" configuration. I built one in my lab and tested the theory! It produced a "Phenomenal magnet flux field"! This is in accordance with the theory of Wilbert B. Smith. Smith tells a particle dies if stopped. Compare it to a smoke ring or a vortex. It one of those are stopped they stops their existence. Thus the charge in a capacitor has to have the charge carriers (electrons) constantly on the move. The same applies to a charged ball. By having equal amounts of electrons moving in opposite directions at all times the magnetic fields cancels out. Thus we see only the electric field. The motional electric field isn't cancelled out according to William J. Hooper's experiments and is suspected by Smith and Hooper to be causing what we call gravity. Put simply everything is made up of waves and waves only exists because they're on the move. Ivor Catt's anomaly was finally solved but leaves a problem with Faraday's law of induction which may be in error. This is blasphemy in some scientific circles which makes them not touch such things.
