 I have always thought that there was more that you could tell Us but for some reason You are holding back information that Mankind could use for our benefit,( I understand there are things that People have worked with in Gov that they do not and can not talk about)I feel like you give us a little info with the links you hand out .I have a friend that was Friends with Colonel James Woods and he disclosed some things to me that was never news or talked about We do not hear of in the News.I thank you for your service

Head of secret Pentagon program says UFOs can “warp space-time”—what?

Luis Elizondo, former head of a secret Pentagon program studying UFOs, is now extending his recent remarks about craft witnessed in our skies…


In an interview with the UK Daily Star (2/8), Elizondo made the following boggling comments:


“For the first time, we have a compelling picture that what we are seeing is explained in our current understanding of physics, advanced physics, and quantum mechanics.”


“We do believe all these observables we’ve been seeing, sudden and extreme [UFO] acceleration, hypersonic velocities, low observability, trans medium travel, and last but not least, positive lift, anti-gravity – is really the manifestation of a single technology.”


“So it’s not five exotic technologies we’re trying to figure out, it’s one, and we think we know that one too.”



“We believe it has to do with a high amount of energy and the ability to warp space-time, not by a lot, but by a little.”


The Sun also obtained a comment from Elizondo’s colleague, physicist Hal Puthoff: “Puthoff came to the conclusion that the [UFO] craft can effectively create their own time-space bubble, which allows them to fly at such incredible speeds.”


My, my.


A space-time bubble? Warping space-time?


Elizondo claims such stunning capacities can be understood by Earth physics—but at what level? Speculative? Conceptual? Or in a way that would allow American engineers to build their own craft capable of performing staggering feats and maneuvers? It’s easy to say, “We understand this,” when no assembly is required and you just spin hypotheses. I can come up with a hypothesis which explains how multi-ton stones were transported up a mountain road, centuries ago in Peru, and fitted together perfectly, with primitive technology—as long as I don’t actually have to replicate the feat now, using ancient means. I can blow that kind of smoke.


As I’ve discussed in several previous articles, Elizondo (a former intelligence officer who ran clandestine operations in Latin America), and a host of other former Pentagon and CIA players, are now attached to rock musician Tom DeLonge and his fledgling To the Stars Academy.


This odd marriage raises questions. For example, are the high-level players using DeLonge to disseminate the UFO story as a THREAT-FROM-SPACE SCENARIO, requiring gigantic new sums of money to build defenses against extra-terrestrial attacks?


The Pentagon-CIA nexus has always positioned “UFO disclosure” in those terms. “We have a battle to fight, and we must prepare ourselves against potential alien forces. Give us more money.”


Elizondo has now doubled down. He’s claiming scientists understand how UFOs do what they do.


Let’s see some evidence.


Not just concepts and abstract equations, but hardware—located, perhaps, at the famed and walled-off Lockheed Skunk Works in Palmdale, California.


Or is Elizondo merely passing along sensational-sounding “information,” designed to rope in a new generation of UFO enthusiasts, and lead them to accept a “threat-from-space” story?


Is the “warp” really about a space-drive, or is it about Elizondo’s distortion of facts?

Thank You! Steve. Yes! There is a lot that "is known" and Hector & I 
have shared a lot "tongue in cheek" to this group and the response is 
always a "return to beating on hollow logs with clubs"! We can show you 
the "path" to tapping that "magneto electric phenomenon", a form of 
electricity "inverse" to convention but you will not experiment with 
what is given to you. Classic example, given by Hector and I is the 
"classic Coil Banger"!  Hector and I call it "Neutral Spike" which is an 
earth response to being "tweaked" with unidirectional (DC) pulses.  I 
posted the 1899, Tesla experiments with Telegraphy, Page 25 of the 
Colorado Springs Notes.  Tesla layed out a simple explanation as to how 
his big coil was to operate at Warden Cliff after his work in Colorado 
which was a verification of his theory. (wireless power transmission). I 
just posted again articles on the ferroresonance phenomenon which 
through (targeted resonance) you get a magnification of 10X current  and 
voltage which can be captured.  Instead, engineers "Mitigate" by use of 
techniques to prevent!!  Almost all power driver modules have "spike 
supression" snubber diodes for self preservation.  "Kone" discussion.  
Look at Power MOSFETs and IGBTs and see in the schematics the snubber 
diodes built in which "shunts to ground" the spike energy you guys are 
trying to use! "Duh"!  We built the MRA and shared to the whole world a 
method of creating O/U performance via highly tuned resonance (ultra 
high Q) which Hector verified as being the  key operating point when 
dealing with resonant circuits.  The form of electricity, again I will 
say is a little foreign to the experimenter.  Sparky Sweet stated the 
very same findings with his "Sweet VTA".  Please study very carefully 
the depictions taken from page 25 of the Colorado Springs Notes where 
Tesla showed you how to pulse the earth with as little as .025A or 25 
milliamps a DC unidirectional pulse that can be received anywhere on 
earth. Very subtle explanation that goes over everyone's head like a 747 
flying at 45.000 ft.   A lot of what you are seeking is right in front 
of you and has been pointed out before.

Steve!  BTW! the big thing we are seeing a lot of is "wireless 
electricity" via "nano crystal" technology.  Based on our work with the 
MRA, I would say to watch this very carefully cause we got into "exotic

In response to your response.  Not everyone is beating on hollow logs,
Sven is beating on a big transformer trying to overcome burning out
devices in order to harness and harvest the ferroresonant effect.   He
could use some help shutting off his SCR's but the language is a bit of
a barrier.

 I know at least in my case there is an ego block when one works hard on
a difficult problem and comes to an epiphany as the remedy is hard won
giving away the results demands a tenacious process.  This being one is
looking for the worthiness of the requester, has he or she come to the
question by way of experiments worthy of a solid answer.  I don't
disagree with merit based assessment however, how many fine inventions
or scientific discovery are lost due to the ego? 
I don't know a good answer to this dilemma but feel much of the great
work people like you have done may be lost to humanity in 20 or 30 years.

The Crane Cams ignition power packs, magnets and tubes were for Ken 
Hawkin's work with the Herkimer diamonds ( double pointed quartz 
crystals) treating and matching them to provide a communications pathway.

My Tesla fire experiment was based on his disruptive transformer (built 
exact) outputting 60KVDC "unidirectional DC discharge" absolutely no 
ring down! Used a super powerful magnetic horn gap. brilliant white fire 
which Tesla himself described and the stinging effects in the room. I 
had a 200kv X-ray power supply with variac to reduce output down to 
60kv. I had tons of HV rectifiers since I was wrecking down X-ray 
equipment from the medical facilities and hospitals. Ken was working 
with the diamonds along with Dr. Milewski & Paul Walker.   I just 
experimented with the beautiful white brush discharges called "Tesla 
Fire".   No practical application on my part!  Just curiosity!

approach.  "Tougher than an anvil"!   I had lots of Thyratrons. Boat 
loads of really big IGBTs which proved to be useless around "spike" energy.

Of all the various experimentation, the "Magneto Electric Effect", which 
is the "Neutral Spike" shows the most lucrative promise. You have to see 
the effects to believe it!  When you see it, you will come away in 
disbelief!! "Huge destructive power" carried over very small wires that 
don't even get hot. Really weird effects. Brilliant "green" flash 
discharges.  I have read all available on this type of electricity and 
its effects, if we could find a way to capture and store it. I had a 
folder on here captioned "Ferroresonance Capture"!  At "targeted 
resonance" there is a 10X multiplication of voltage & current. Hector 
has worked on this also!

Did you ever try to power a plasma globe with the Tesla fire? 
I am curious concerning the legendary directional rays of light.

I use vacuum tubes for audio and have a feeling they are moving an
energy sand does not, it's more than hearing.  I don't know if this is
just a factor of super clean electrons with no holes and nothing to run
into or something else.

The magnetoelectric effect, did you find a way to store this in cap
banks, or does it to be fractioned first in some way?

Another problem with this Yahoo space is stuff disappears as it is a
poor repository.

I would love to learn more about this effect and how one might be able
to take advantage of it without getting hurt.  I have searched for this
and can find only one text file called Norman Ferroresonance.

The main reason people are cycling over the same thing here is that the
guru's here are teaching these modalities.  There is so much bullshit
out there that it is a preference to put ones time into something that
is not a dead end and has people still living that can provide insight. 
There are very few who have had the time or inclination to build
original Tesla designs and have that extra foot up in insight.

On my 44v open circuit PV, when i touch a wire to load I can get a 25mm green arc continuous.same thing with about 30, 9v batteries in series.
I should try a PV switched into a huge transformer. Use SCR in series with a IGBT to turn off the SCR. Find right Hz and width.Maybe we see big power gain?

Highest power transfer is at matching impedances. I.e. that's when the product of the tension and current is at its max value. There are regulators for this purpose out there.

Hi Werner,

Look for the strobobanger schematic.  The reverse diode is the one
across the xenon tube.  It is a normal diode just in reverse direction
to the drive pulse in order to capture the flyback pulse from the xenon.

Note : as you see this is a pure SCR unit  does not use a xenon tube as its more easy to have your piezo detonate using a xenon tube because of the plasma harmonics created within the crystal ( more severe ) , in any case wear eye protection when experimenting banging piezo units to OU ..

I just posted again articles on the ferroresonance phenomenon which through (targeted resonance) you get a magnification of 10X current  and voltage which can be captured.  Instead, engineers "Mitigate" by use of techniques to prevent!!  Almost all power driver modules have "spike supression" snubber diodes for self preservation.  "Kone" discussion.  Look at Power MOSFETs and IGBTs and see in the schematics the snubber diodes built in which "shunts to ground" the spike energy you guys are trying to use! "Duh"!  We built the MRA and shared to the whole world a method of creating O/U performance via highly tuned resonance (ultra high Q) which Hector verified as being the  key operating point when dealing with resonant circuits.  The form of electricity, again I will say is a little foreign to the experimenter.  Sparky Sweet stated the very same findings with his "Sweet VTA".  Please study very carefully the depictions taken from page 25 of the Colorado Springs Notes where Tesla showed you how to pulse the earth with as little as .025A or 25 milliamps a DC unidirectional pulse that can be received anywhere on earth.  Very subtle explanation that goes over everyone's head like a 747 flying at 45.000 ft.   A lot of what you are seeking is right in front of you and has been pointed out before.

 Luis Elizondo, former head of a secret Pentagon  program studying UFOs, is now extending his recent remarks about craft witnessed in our skies… 
 In an interview with the UK Daily Star (2/8), Elizondo made the following boggling  comments: 
 “For the first time, we have a compelling picture  that what we are seeing is explained in our current  understanding of physics, advanced physics, and quantum mechanics.” 
 “We do believe all these observables we’ve been seeing,  sudden and extreme [UFO] acceleration, hypersonic velocities, low observability, trans medium travel,  and last but not least, positive lift, anti-gravity – is  really the manifestation of a single technology.” 
 “So it’s not five exotic technologies we’re trying to figure  out, it’s one, and we think we know that one too.” 
 “We believe it has to do with a high amount of energy and  the ability to warp space-time, not by a lot, but by a little.” 
 The Sun also obtained a comment from Elizondo’s  colleague, physicist Hal Puthoff: “Puthoff came to the conclusion that the [UFO] craft can effectively create  their own time-space bubble, which allows them to fly at such incredible speeds.” 
 My, my. 
 A space-time bubble? Warping space-time? 
 Elizondo claims such stunning capacities can be  understood by Earth physics—but at what level? Speculative?  Conceptual? Or in a way that would allow  American engineers to build their own craft capable of performing  staggering feats and maneuvers? It’s easy  to say, “We understand this,” when no assembly is required  and you just spin hypotheses. I can come up with a hypothesis which explains how multi-ton stones were  transported up a mountain road, centuries ago in Peru, and fitted together perfectly, with  primitive technology—as long as I don’t actually have  to replicate the feat now, using ancient means. I can blow that kind of smoke. 
 As I’ve discussed in several previous articles, Elizondo (a  former intelligence officer who ran clandestine operations in Latin America), and a host of other former  Pentagon and CIA players, are now attached to rock  musician Tom DeLonge and his fledgling To  the Stars Academy. 
 This odd marriage raises questions. For example, are the  high-level players using DeLonge to disseminate the UFO story as a THREAT-FROM-SPACE  SCENARIO, requiring gigantic new sums of money to build  defenses against extra-terrestrial attacks? 
 The Pentagon-CIA nexus has always positioned “UFO  disclosure” in those terms. “We have a battle to fight, and we must prepare ourselves against  potential alien forces. Give us more money.” 
 Elizondo has now doubled down. He’s claiming scientists  understand how UFOs do what they do. 
 Let’s see some evidence. 
 Not just concepts and abstract equations, but  hardware—located, perhaps, at the famed and walled-off  Lockheed Skunk Works in Palmdale, California. 
 Or is Elizondo merely passing along sensational-sounding  “information,” designed to rope in a new generation of UFO enthusiasts, and lead them to accept a  “threat-from-space” story? 
 Is the “warp” really about a space-drive, or is it  about Elizondo’s distortion of facts?

This is the simple Coilbanger circuit, and the ones that I have drawn and recreated with German designation.
I have flashed it about 2 times but I've seen broken LED lamps that flashed even though they were turned off.

I'm just wondering how the flyback diode over the xenon tube can direct the energy back into the capacitor.

As we all know, the polarity of a coil changes when the magnetic field collapses unless we can force it in the right direction.

Every Mosfet or IGBT has a freewheeling diode already integrated so that one could also pulse a coil and achieve this effect.

Here is a drawing from Hektor that makes me think.
