I have only tried the experiment twice with only DC motors the first one , using big 3/4 hp or larger units , a success, and the second, using toy motors which was a failure.

but what about more germanium diodes between? Could be a linear increase of voltage acting as a tank for increased continuation of amperages. Kinda like a tank .  Just a quick thought. Maybe does not need it.

It would be more interesting to know what kind of motors to use. Toy motors don't work according to Warren. The ones used were they high efficiency motors which toy motors definitely aren't? Cheap motors have an efficiency of max 60% while high efficiency motors may have an efficiency of 90% or more.

Whoah guysThat is not right. There are two full wave bridge rectifiers with four diodes in each.AC in, DC out. That DC goes to the motor brushes. Now, place another full wave brige rectifier, AC legs down , connected one to each brush.Next, take those DC output legs coming out of that rectifier, and connect it to another DC motor....add yet another rectifier, AC legs down and another motor, and so on......Sorry, I still only have my phone.Cheers Warren

what does the circuit look like now?

One FWBR after another switch in parallel and one motor each?

Or how Warren writes all FWBR connected in series and connect all motors directly to the rectified AC voltage?

I have a Siemens 1Hu permanent magnet motor for earlier DC servo drives. I think these spikes would also produce the universal motors from washing machines when they are operated with DC.

Or do you turn on the DC side of the FWBR to the brushes of the motor with plus and minus reversed to change the polarity so that only the spikes can flow into the other engine.

 I think the most important feature of DC motors, if they will work or not, with Warren's daisy chain FWBR experiment, 
 is if the DC motors have any sort of  suppresion of the spark-flash at the brushes, such as some DC motors will have a diode that simply shoots the spike right back into the windings, some DC motors will have the placement of the brush-spacing to be just right so that the spike does not manifest at cetain rpms , some DC motors might have a magnet near the brushes to suppress the spike flash.....I would think you would want DC motors with no form of spark flash suppression for this experiment to work as it did for Warren.

SvenIt was not my intention, but now that you question me, perhaps that was possible.For the life of me, I really am not sure why it worked, only that it did work, and work extremely well.When I first performed the experiment, I received no feed back from the group, when reporting the results, which I confess, sort of disapointed me.
Yahoo has in the past, throttled the traffic in our group, I believe.Then, I got very busy with work, and had to put my toys away for quite a few months, when new devices were being discovered, distracting me, as usual.Cheers warren

SvenKeep using full wave rectifiers rather than single diodes, then you have it.I suspect it is a very noisy signal coming from the sparking armature comutator, and brushes.This all begs for proper instrumentation, and analysis.Cheers Warren

DougThe motors I have been using are extremely simple except for the optical readers which I removed as surplus to my needs, when using them as generators.I have never seen any funny stuff inside any of them when I have pulled them apart. I have always been impressed with how rugged they are built, capable of a lot of abuse at my hands.Cheers Warren

Hi Kone,

As motors and generators are the same component they can transform energy between mechanical and electrical states. As well as the transformation between different kinds of energy they can store both of these kinds of energy thus making them work as both active and reactive power components. The diode bridges (a single diode between each motor would give less loss) prevent power from going back in the daisy chain. If monitoring the speed perhaps pulses of power is operating across the chain.

I can get cheap motors but don't know if they'll work for such an experiment. The high efficient motors work very well as generators (dynamos) but are expensive. It would be nice to know how efficient the motors have to be or what kind of motors that work for the experiment.

Hi Warren,

Do you know what kind of motor you used like have you opened one? Are they ironless rotor kinds? Are they high efficiency types like the ironless rotor types etc? I guess they're expensive professional motors right? If there's a brand name and a type number we could look them up in a datasheet to see what kind of motors they are.

OleThe motors don't seem to be super magnets or anything like them, more the ferrrite magnet type.I have had to crazy glue the occasional motor magnets back in place, and looking at these magnets, found them nothig special.

OleThey are not fancy inside, well enough made, but quite ordinary, as permanent magnet motors.
The shafts are all 5/8", though some have been machined down outside the bearing to 1/2".There were some four brush types, but most were 2 brush. The only slightly high tech aspect is that they are early type prmanent magnet motors, as opposed to field coil magnet types.The magnets are cresent shaped ferrite type, and the commutators are copper, with carbon brushes.Each one weighs at least 3 kilos, or more.I hope this is some help to you.I can't get to my motors until I can start unpacking next week. OK. But the motors have to be big enough to have some inertia then?

If looking at Kapanadze's mechanical device which I call a rotating torsional pendulum my guess is that it coheres the inertia of the two flywheels to get the free energy. The input pulses have to be in resonance or perhaps one octave above or below the resonant frequency to extract the free energy. The same may apply for your daisy chain motors. This perhaps is achieved as the motors are similar enough regarding inertia, voltage, power and frequency of the input pulses (100 Hz or 120 Hz or whatever the double rectified frequency is in Canada).

Concerning no Liz motor in the piezoelectric area they say it puts out 10

 I think the four diodes of a FWBR is a key component to making this daisy chain experiment work, as well as the particular type of the DC motor too (which we will find out when Warren finally un-packs)
 The single steering diode usual method I think does well in pulsed-DC inductor or DC motor experiments where there is a very clean finite and controlled DC pulse and this is of course prefrerred method to recovering the collapsing field back spike into capacitors, or into lead acid batteries to charge as Bedini (and Warren) has proven works very well...
 However the commutator flash and spikes recovered from a "dirty" brush commutator DC motor perhaps require those four diodes, to make sure every spikey back-spike component and bit of energy is guided out in DC mode using a FWBR, also "perhaps" the extra diodes of a FWBR do something to "make coherent" not only the forward-DC input pulse of energy, but coheres this to the collapsing filed energy spike energy too, so it is not a "first this, then that" situation but rather a mess of everything "going both ways" into mess of everything now going in one direction....So perhaps the FWBR "blends together" the collapsing field with the forward DC energy, which also passes through the diodes of the FWBR.
 There is also that elusive to see or describe (to some)actual BACKEMF energy (commonly confused with the collapsing field spike) and again 
"perhaps" this very strong always-there "backwards" magnetic energy is manifest, rectified, and put to work, and perhaps "coheres" into a three-way DC flow thanks to the FWBR rather than a single diode maybe through the bounce and overlapping of the dirty DC signal to and from the DC motors (I don't know!)  But if the actual backemf energy is put to work, mot just the back spikes, now this would explain how Warren's experiment worked so well as you would have the forward DC input energy, the backspike energy, and the backemf energy, all being spit out the DC side of each FWBR...
 Allso, an improvement I would think is not to go with a single diode from one motor to next (I would think this would not work at all but restrict power) would be to have another FWBR of diodes in parallel with the existing FWBR so total of 8 diodes....in the Muller generator we built in Germany a few months ago,  using the 8 diodes instead of 4 made for output of 20V from each coil compared to 13V with just four diodes....this explained by there now being less resistance (lower ohms) because of the doubled-up diodes....
