James! I am totally familiar with the Butane extraction technology 
but!!  My "cascade" MVR , three totally "closed" and separate systems 
using three very unique and specific refrigerants for the thermal energy 
recovery.  Rankin vortex is used in my Hydrogen Reactor for gas 
separation based on differing gas masses.

Doug! "no! I did not forget the PMI disk generator experiment! Go back 
and read my "parameters" of "Over Unity"!  Sure! got measured O/U same 
as MRA but was not able to operate as a "Closed system" stand alone self 
runner.    An absolute proof of true "Self running", "Over Unity", would 
be for a device to be placed into a sealed enclosure under "UHV" or 
"XHV" conditions (Hard vacuum) as used by CERN. Physics now just as 
Tesla claimed BTW is "densified aether".

Abstract
Methods for producing and measuring extreme high vacuum (XHV, which
is the pressure range below 10-10 Pa) and the limits on measurement and
production are examined. Techniques for reducing the outgassing rates of
the walls and components of XHV systems, including the gauges or RGAs,
are described and some of the lowest measured outgassing rates tabulated.
The lowest pressures attained in the XHV range have remained
approximately constant for 35 years, explanations for this plateau in
ultimate pressure are offered.
1. INTRODUCTION
Ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) is defined as the pressure range between 10-6 Pa 
(in Europe) or 10-7 Pa (in
the USA) and 10-10 Pa; extreme high vacuum (XHV) is defined as the range 
of pressure below 10-10 Pa
(7.5 ´ 10-13 Torr or 10-12 mbar). Ultrahigh vacuum is routinely achieved 
with commercial equipment
around the world; XHV is produced and measured with difficulty in a few 
laboratories with special
equipment. The need for UHV is widespread; the need for XHV is limited 
at this moment to some
accelerator and storage ring facilities, to the simulation of 
interstellar space, in the processing of
advanced semiconductor devices, and to a few other specialised 
applications. Research in the
improvement of XHV methods, which is at the limits of vacuum science, 
will almost certainly
improve the techniques used in the higher pressure ranges, as happened 
in the 1950s and 1960s with
the development of UHV. Some of the gas phase parameters of XHV are 
shown in Table 1.

If your "self runner" can run without any external energy source 
(Totally closed and shielded) except the "densified aether" under "XHV" 
or UHV" conditions, I would say you have a "winner"!

    Norm   BTW!   The most powerful "electrostatic generator ever built" 
operated in a sealed chamber @ 30 atmosphere pressure of pure hydrogen 
gas.   Extremely high current  at ultra high voltages so where did the 
"electrons" come from??????????????????

extraction ?multiple points of energy removal ? Like a butane system using
a parabola trough or a salt water heat sink pool . like a steam engine or
turbine with  butane as the systems fluids ?. You know getting it hot is
not the problem its cooling down the vapors is the issue and multiple
extraction points would help that out and a lot of copper . fans ..ionic

14,000rpm it was) and you reported some overunity comparing input watts to
ouptu watts upon loading the DC motor and although things got hot it was
pretty good test...

Seems to me all "we need" Is generator that does not display lenz law
braking action upon loading such as this simple test here below in links,
and what you saw too at that 14.000rpm approx...the prime mover/motor can
be just about anything  efficient: I will guess your RV-PMIDC servo motor
experiment worked for same reason shown and explained here - as certain rpm

You know collecting heat in the day and running it at night with the
radiators aimed at the universe would really help . but a on demand system
is what's really needed no army of battery's.

Doug, Norm, and all.In pushing the limits of various experiments with DC motors, there are curious events which have been observed.I am not certain they are OU, but, at the very least, something seems quite powerful, considering the limited voltage, and amperage, available to drive
the motors.The observed phenomenon only excited curiousity, that has not been satisfied.The ten motor DC daisy chain inspired by a little experiment Doug was toying with. I managed to get ten motors of 3/4 hp or more to run from a 125 watt inverter and a common 5 amp 12 volt lead acid battery.To just not blow the breaker in the inverter, was surprising.I set the voltage to the first motor by means of a little 5 amp Variac attached to the inverter then rectified the result with a six amp bridge rectifier before the brushes of the first motor.That should offer no surprises to anyone.The motor runs at a moderate speed in a direction according to the polarity of the input wires. That in no way seems magicNext, using Doug's idea at the time, another bridge rectifier was placed on those same brush input wires, AC legs down in an effort to perhaps capture the energy from the sparking armature.This is where it becomes curious.The DC signal coming off the second diode bridge was able to drive a second motor with no apparent ill effects to the battery, or the inverter, Variac, or first rectifier.Hmmmm, Okay, what about another bridge rectifier, and another motor?I was luckyI had plastic milk crates of these motors, that I had been collecting.Another motor with another rectifier was added, again the little inverter just carried on running normally. The motors were running with good speed and plenty of power, just as the first one.Another, and another, was added, laying them side by side on the bench.All were running as perfectly as the first one.About this time, friends dropped by, colleagues in the film business.I explained my experiment in progress, and they shared my curiousity.Another motor was added with yet another bridge rectifier. Still there was no change to the inverter. No smoke or heat. The five amp Variac soldiered on as if there was only one motor.The inverter was shut off each time while a new rectifier was soldered in place with a new motor.No diminished speed was noted though the battery must have been in play at least a half hour or more.While I went down in the house basement to bring up another crate of motors, a friend went out to his truck and got a carton of beer.Another motor was addedAnother motor added to that one.Not only was there not a speed drop as one might expect, the speed seemed to increase with each motor.Everything was running cool to the touch.At about seven motors, with one coming out of the crate with a vee belt pulley on, we could really apply some force to that motor shaft.That sucker wasn't stopping, in fact you couldn't hold it down on the bench and apply force with a rag on the pulley.Still the little 5 amp battery carried on, everthing stayed cool.What the hell! We cut a rectangle of quarter inch plywood on the table saw, took the motor and mounted it face on through some holes drilled in the ply, and then a second motor was screwed in place with a small vee belt linking them together, the idea, one motor driving another, as a load, it being used as a generator.Meanwhile another motor was daisy chained to the drive motor while with the additional stress was placed on the 7th motor by trying to stop the generator motor by shorting it out.The wires produced big sparks, so we put a multimeter amp meter on them getting 7 to 7.5 amps shorting them out and slipping the belt in the jury rigged motor generator setup.Meanwhile, more motors were added to the line on the bench, each progressively faster turning. The last motor on the bench, when connected, spun off on to the floor, when the inverter was switched on. We were running out of bench. All the motors were screaming.The little inverter stayed cool, and remarkably, the same little 5 amp battery was still running all this, after perhaps an hour, but it was hard to tell, as no one was keeping track of the time.The experiment came to an abrupt end when an attempt was made to connect the more than ninety volts DC coming from motor #10 to input of #1A very bright flash, and spark was observed, burning off the connectors, the first five bridge rectifiers were charred, some with burnt off leads.The inverter was fine.The breaker had not blownThe battery was fineMost of the rectifiers were completely toast. The motors were fine.Now I ask you, as I try to descibe this event, as accurately as I can remember,What the hell was going on?Could one have a big bull gear with twenty motors on it driving a car with a five amp lead acid battery?There was certainly a progressive increase in voltage from #1 to #10These were bog standard, ordinary permanent magnet DC motors, smaller than tread mill motors, but no big difference in construction.I got most of them from a scap yard in the middle 90's out of a 45 gallon drum.They cost me nothing.I was there with the woman who is now my wife. She was a fellow sailor building a wind generator, and needed a DC motor to swing my design for home made 2X4 wooden propellers that I published in the club newsletter.The scrap man, a very large corpulent guy, sitting perched on a computer case with a fly swatter in hand much like a king with his mace on a throne was very upset. The motor operating his big shear had just died, and his whole crew were standing by, stopped by this tragedy.He was getting very red in the face saying he was losing thousands of dollars an hour, and they had get a repair man, and electrician, and they can' t come for a week!I looked around, there were motors laying on the floor, as far as one could see, in greasy piles.I said" it is just a motor, you have more motors than you know what to do with"You know about these things? You can make it work?I said sure.So there I was, in a scrap yard, with this really cute woman, who had a very high end professional career, directing a whole crew of scrap workers to pull the motor off a shear that could chomp off six inch diameter steel shafting.I quickly found a likely looking motor attached to some giant scrapped factory machine, and had them remove it.Motors were switched by guys more used to using sledge hammers, but really getting into the task, burbling away in all different languages, aligning it just so like true professionals.I connected up the wires, and threw the switch.  1. INTRODUCTION
 Ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) is defined as the pressure range between 10-6 Pa (in Europe) or 10-7 Pa (in
 the USA) and 10-10 Pa; extreme high vacuum (XHV) is defined as the range of pressure below 10-10 Pa
 (7.5 ´ 10-13 Torr or 10-12 mbar). Ultrahigh vacuum is routinely achieved with commercial equipment
 around the world; XHV is produced and measured with difficulty in a few laboratories with special
 equipment. The need for UHV is widespread; the need for XHV is limited at this moment to some
 accelerator and storage ring facilities, to the simulation of interstellar space, in the processing of
 advanced semiconductor devices, and to a few other specialised applications. Research in the
 improvement of XHV methods, which is at the limits of vacuum science, will almost certainly
 improve the techniques used in the higher pressure ranges, as happened in the 1950s and 1960s with
 the development of UHV. Some of the gas phase parameters of XHV are shown in Table 1.

 If your "self runner" can run without any external energy source (Totally closed and shielded) except the "densified aether" under "XHV" or UHV" conditions, I would say you have a "winner"!

Don't forget your experiment with the  Rotovertor-motor spun PMI DC Servo motor (you sent me some of those!) 
 
This DC "pancalke" motor spun and belt and pullied up to high rpms (I think 14,000rpm it was) and you reported some overunity comparing input watts to ouptu watts upon loading the DC motor and although things got hot it was pretty good test...
 
Seems to me all "we need" Is generator that does not display lenz law braking action upon loading such as this simple test here below in links, and what you saw too at that 14.000rpm approx...the prime mover/motor can be just about anything  efficient: I will guess your RV-PMIDC servo motor experiment worked for same reason shown and explained  here - as certain rpm and impedance of coils will "Delay" the lenz braking effect to happen upon upcoming or trailing-edge of rotor magnets...

 Left out in your description was the amperage input to that first motor by itself, and after the 7 or ten additional motors all connected via AC legs of FWBR over motor brushes, and DC of FWBR into next motor brushes, then AC legs of FWBR over that motor into next etc etc...
 what was the amperage input now with the daisy chain all connected and that last motor with 100plus volts now into it? Remembering from your previous descriptions of this experiment, amps input stayed the same!

 I used to make N-N rotor and staort coil biucking powered motors (plus they had regauging magnets next to stator coils that react to and flip polarity of rotor coils so upon approach for upcoming N-N power even, there is briefly S-N for free power stroke but that is other long subject}
 And with these motors, I had some good success running one motor into another in the FWBR method Warren used, so I gave him this idea to try.....
 FWBR might be superior to single steering diode to pull everything you can get out of a motor as compared to a single steering diode - as you get all the ringing, all the AC spikes, all the induced generator power from coils going past magnets, and basically whatever is AC in spikes, or ringing or induced generated stuff, it all comes out DC and nothing wasted.....
 Where Warren could improve things next test is to put a 2nd FWBR in parallel to each FWBR as this lowers resistance and you get more voltage output....RomeroUK did this, we tested this in Germany recently and it works - with one FWBR it was 13V, with the double FWBR idea, now it was 20V
 Also Hector gave me good idea long ago to put a very fast shottky diode on one of the AC legs leading into the FWBR AC sidei (so 5 diodes total) and this does something to catch those HF HV spikes better before they hit the FWBR diodes and you higher voltages into a cap doing this too...

Unfortunately, I only have a real DC motor with permanent magnet stator from Siemens and a few universal motors that can be operated as a DC or AC, if it goes with it?

Switching 2 FWBR in parallel is obvious, but as the fast diode is switched to the FWBR does not light up to me.

I think great experiment.

SvenDoug was the first to experiment with the idea, which as far as I know, was his.I just got excessive with it, as I just had the motors to do it.
Later, trying to duplicate my efforts with little toy type DC motors for a gift idea, this proved to be a failure as it didn't work. I got busy with work then, and left the idea now for several years.Cheers Warren

In pushing the limits of various experiments with DC motors, there are curious events which have been observed.I am not certain they are OU, but, at the very least, something seems quite powerful, considering the limited voltage, and amperage, available to drive
the motors.The observed phenomenon only excited curiousity, that has not been satisfied.The ten motor DC daisy chain inspired by a little experiment Doug was toying with. I managed to get ten motors of 3/4 hp or more to run from a 125 watt inverter and a common 5 amp 12 volt lead acid battery.To just not blow the breaker in the inverter, was surprising.I set the voltage to the first motor by means of a little 5 amp Variac attached to the inverter then rectified the result with a six amp bridge rectifier before the brushes of the first motor.That should offer no surprises to anyone.The motor runs at a moderate speed in a direction according to the polarity of the input wires. That in no way seems magicNext, using Doug's idea at the time, another bridge rectifier was placed on those same brush input wires, AC legs down in an effort to perhaps capture the energy from the sparking armature.This is where it becomes curious.The DC signal coming off the second diode bridge was able to drive a second motor with no apparent ill effects to the battery, or the inverter, Variac, or first rectifier.Hmmmm, Okay, what about another bridge rectifier, and another motor?I was luckyI had plastic milk crates of these motors, that I had been collecting.Another motor with another rectifier was added, again the little inverter just carried on running normally. The motors were running with good speed and plenty of power, just as the first one.Another, and another, was added, laying them side by side on the bench.All were running as perfectly as the first one.About this time, friends dropped by, colleagues in the film business.I explained my experiment in progress, and they shared my curiousity.Another motor was added with yet another bridge rectifier. Still there was no change to the inverter. No smoke or heat. The five amp Variac soldiered on as if there was only one motor.The inverter was shut off each time while a new rectifier was soldered in place with a new motor.No diminished speed was noted though the battery must have been in play at least a half hour or more.While I went down in the house basement to bring up another crate of motors, a friend went out to his truck and got a carton of beer.Another motor was addedAnother motor added to that one.Not only was there not a speed drop as one might expect, the speed seemed to increase with each motor.Everything was running cool to the touch.At about seven motors, with one coming out of the crate with a vee belt pulley on, we could really apply some force to that motor shaft.That sucker wasn't stopping, in fact you couldn't hold it down on the bench and apply force with a rag on the pulley.Still the little 5 amp battery carried on, everthing stayed cool.What the hell! We cut a rectangle of quarter inch plywood on the table saw, took the motor and mounted it face on through some holes drilled in the ply, and then a second motor was screwed in place with a small vee belt linking them together, the idea, one motor driving another, as a load, it being used as a generator.Meanwhile another motor was daisy chained to the drive motor while with the additional stress was placed on the 7th motor by trying to stop the generator motor by shorting it out.The wires produced big sparks, so we put a multimeter amp meter on them getting 7 to 7.5 amps shorting them out and slipping the belt in the jury rigged motor generator setup.Meanwhile, more motors were added to the line on the bench, each progressively faster turning. The last motor on the bench, when connected, spun off on to the floor, when the inverter was switched on. We were running out of bench. All the motors were screaming.The little inverter stayed cool, and remarkably, the same little 5 amp battery was still running all this, after perhaps an hour, but it was hard to tell, as no one was keeping track of the time.The experiment came to an abrupt end when an attempt was made to connect the more than ninety volts DC coming from motor #10 to input of #1A very bright flash, and spark was observed, burning off the connectors, the first five bridge rectifiers were charred, some with burnt off leads.The inverter was fine.The breaker had not blownThe battery was fineMost of the rectifiers were completely toast. The motor operating his big shear had just died, and his whole crew were standing by, stopped by this tragedy.He was getting very red in the face saying he was losing thousands of dollars an hour, and they had get a repair man, and electrician, and they can' t come for a week!I looked around, there were motors laying on the floor, as far as one could see, in greasy piles.I said" it is just a motor, you have more motors than you know what to do with"You know about these things? You can make it work?I said sure.So there I was, in a scrap yard, with this really cute woman, who had a very high end professional career, directing a whole crew of scrap workers to pull the motor off a shear that could chomp off six inch diameter steel shafting.I quickly found a likely looking motor attached to some giant scrapped factory machine, and had them remove it.Motors were switched by guys more used to using sledge hammers, but really getting into the task, burbling away in all different languages, aligning it just so like true professionals.I connected up the wires, and threw the switch. I am totally familiar with the Butane extraction technology but!!  My "cascade" MVR , three totally "closed" and separate systems using three very unique and specific refrigerants for the thermal energy recovery.  Rankin vortex is used in my Hydrogen Reactor for gas separation based on differing gas masses.

I did not forget the PMI disk generator experiment!  Go back and read my "parameters" of "Over Unity"!  Sure! got measured O/U same as MRA but was not able to operate as a "Closed system" stand alone self runner.    An absolute proof of true "Self running", "Over Unity", would be for a device to be placed into a sealed enclosure under "UHV" or "XHV" conditions (Hard vacuum) as used by CERN. Doug it was 35 volts DC, and then, I may not have measured the input amperage, since it was only a 125 watt inverter, and a five amp battery that we were working with.It was in retrospect, a flawed experiment to that extent.
We should do it again.Fortunately, I still have most of the motors that were used.Cheers Warren

what was the amperage input now with the daisy chain all connected and that last motor with 100plus volts now into it? Remembering from your previous descriptions of this experiment, amps input stayed the same!

Where Warren could improve things next test is to put a 2nd FWBR in parallel to each FWBR as this lowers resistance and you get more voltage output....RomeroUK did this, we tested this in Germany recently and it works - with one FWBR it was 13V, with the double FWBR idea, now it was 20V

Also Hector gave me good idea long ago to put a very fast shottky diode on one of the AC legs leading into the FWBR AC sidei (so 5 diodes total) and this does something to catch those HF HV spikes better before they hit the FWBR diodes and you higher voltages into a cap doing this too...

Hay guys if you haven't seen the damage in Puerto Rico just type in Puerto

to wall destruction .Hector may need something for Christmas . I can't
believe the line workers get 62.00 and hour and FEMA awarded contractors
charge 362.00 an hour . must be union .I think only union can do this work
for the feds . some one said it was 17 times higher than normal for
disaster work .

    Doug, Norm, and all.In pushing the limits of various experiments with DC motors, there are curious events which have been observed.I am not certain they are OU, but, at the very least, something seems quite powerful, considering the limited voltage, and amperage, available to drive
the motors.The observed phenomenon only excited curiousity, that has not been satisfied.The ten motor DC daisy chain inspired by a little experiment Doug was toying with. I managed to get ten motors of 3/4 hp or more to run from a 125 watt inverter and a common 5 amp 12 volt lead acid battery.To just not blow the breaker in the inverter, was surprising.I set the voltage to the first motor by means of a little 5 amp Variac attached to the inverter then rectified the result with a six amp bridge rectifier before the brushes of the first motor.That should offer no surprises to anyone.The motor runs at a moderate speed in a direction according to the polarity of the input wires. That in no way seems magicNext, using Doug's idea at the time, another bridge rectifier was placed on those same brush input wires, AC legs down in an effort to perhaps capture the energy from the sparking armature.This is where it becomes curious.The DC signal coming off the second diode bridge was able to drive a second motor with no apparent ill effects to the battery, or the inverter, Variac, or first rectifier.Hmmmm, Okay, what about another bridge rectifier, and another motor?I was luckyI had plastic milk crates of these motors, that I had been collecting.Another motor with another rectifier was added, again the little inverter just carried on running normally. The motors were running with good speed and plenty of power, just as the first one.Another, and another, was added, laying them side by side on the bench.All were running as perfectly as the first one.About this time, friends dropped by, colleagues in the film business.I explained my experiment in progress, and they shared my curiousity.Another motor was added with yet another bridge rectifier. Still there was no change to the inverter. No smoke or heat. The five amp Variac soldiered on as if there was only one motor.The inverter was shut off each time while a new rectifier was soldered in place with a new motor.No diminished speed was noted though the battery must have been in play at least a half hour or more.While I went down in the house basement to bring up another crate of motors, a friend went out to his truck and got a carton of beer.Another motor was addedAnother motor added to that one.Not only was there not a speed drop as one might expect, the speed seemed to increase with each motor.Everything was running cool to the touch.At about seven motors, with one coming out of the crate with a vee belt pulley on, we could really apply some force to that motor shaft.That sucker wasn't stopping, in fact you couldn't hold it down on the bench and apply force with a rag on the pulley.Still the little 5 amp battery carried on, everthing stayed cool.What the hell! We cut a rectangle of quarter inch plywood on the table saw, took the motor and mounted it face on through some holes drilled in the ply, and then a second motor was screwed in place with a small vee belt linking them together, the idea, one motor driving another, as a load, it being used as a generator.Meanwhile another motor was daisy chained to the drive motor while with the additional stress was placed on the 7th motor by trying to stop the generator motor by shorting it out.The wires produced big sparks, so we put a multimeter amp meter on them getting 7 to 7.5 amps shorting them out and slipping the belt in the jury rigged motor generator setup.Meanwhile, more motors were added to the line on the bench, each progressively faster turning. The last motor on the bench, when connected, spun off on to the floor, when the inverter was switched on. We were running out of bench. All the motors were screaming.The little inverter stayed cool, and remarkably, the same little 5 amp battery was still running all this, after perhaps an hour, but it was hard to tell, as no one was keeping track of the time.The experiment came to an abrupt end when an attempt was made to connect the more than ninety volts DC coming from motor #10 to input of #1A very bright flash, and spark was observed, burning off the connectors, the first five bridge rectifiers were charred, some with burnt off leads.The inverter was fine.The breaker had not blownThe battery was fineMost of the rectifiers were completely toast. The motor operating his big shear had just died, and his whole crew were standing by, stopped by this tragedy.He was getting very red in the face saying he was losing thousands of dollars an hour, and they had get a repair man, and electrician, and they can' t come for a week!I looked around, there were motors laying on the floor, as far as one could see, in greasy piles.I said" it is just a motor, you have more motors than you know what to do with"You know about these things? You can make it work?I said sure.So there I was, in a scrap yard, with this really cute woman, who had a very high end professional career, directing a whole crew of scrap workers to pull the motor off a shear that could chomp off six inch diameter steel shafting.I quickly found a likely looking motor attached to some giant scrapped factory machine, and had them remove it.Motors were switched by guys more used to using sledge hammers, but really getting into the task, burbling away in all different languages, aligning it just so like true professionals.I connected up the wires, and threw the switch.  1. INTRODUCTION
 Ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) is defined as the pressure range between 10-6 Pa (in Europe) or 10-7 Pa (in
 the USA) and 10-10 Pa; extreme high vacuum (XHV) is defined as the range of pressure below 10-10 Pa
 (7.5 ´ 10-13 Torr or 10-12 mbar). Ultrahigh vacuum is routinely achieved with commercial equipment
 around the world; XHV is produced and measured with difficulty in a few laboratories with special

 I was sure I read that your amperage stayed constant as you added the daisy chain of DC motors, so I did a search of old postings, and found this from you posted may 30 2014 talking about your DC motor FWBR connected daisy chain:

 Also even better than shottkys, (I think) are the ultra-fast or "hyper-fast" diodes they make now that can handle 25A and 600V like the HFA25PB60, which is called an "ultra fast" one, and they have now those "hyper fast" ones for sale, that handle same power, but even faster - mcannot remember the model number but should be in any search if you do hyper fast diode 25A 600V
 Who knows maybe you could have 180V at end of the string of motors and problem now is those motors rated at 96VDC tops usually...
 I think the voltage rating of 96VDC can be exceeded if you bridge with FWBR the brushes, and put the DC into a cap or something else so that you are extracting that spark flash as those "destructive transients" are what eat up the brushes and commutators and are the real voltage-limiters...

Hi DougIt is so good that you have access to our collective memorry banks.My poor brain needs all the coddling, and urging, to keep on track, it can get.I appreciate your records, as collectively, we can only improve our knowledge if we get accurate information to begin with.I now have an oscilloscope, thanks to the support from electrical engineer, and Tesla experimenter, here, Steve Jackson, who knows how I can tighten up my measurements.I have found that most permanent magnet DC motors can handle a lot more voltage than stated on the case.The big limitation seems to be the little wimpy shafts, being only 5/8".A "chopped" 600 volts, into a 24 volt motor, can twist off the shaft, when suddenly changing direction, from experience. The diode full wave rectifier at the brushes seems to eliminate arc welder quality sparks from the armature, that normally cause a rapid motor melt down, destroying the copper commutators under the brushes, which then can fly off causing shrapnel if there is an opening in the case, at the brushes.For the most part, these heavy duty permanent magnet motors tolerate a lot of abuse.I wish there was a way that Ole could get some surplus ones in Germany.I can't believe that obsolete equipment does not exist there, that needs to be disposed of, that contains permanent magnet dc electric motors.We need more fat people, who are offended by their loved ones, giving them electric tread mills, which end out at the curb in the garbage, like here in Canada. Scrapped powered wheel chairs? My motor surplus was from main frame computer tape drives as used in banks, and insurance companies, using those room filling IBM's. Indiana General motors, made in Mexico, and also Daton, made in USA.All of these motors can be used. Baldor makes nice ones. I am not famiiliar with German supply networks, and how they get rid of obsolete technology, like I am, here, in Canada.This is a series of experiments that should be replicated.Cheers Warren

Hi Warren, we can buy from Siemens now cheap Siemens 1HU motors on ebay brushes are permanent magnet motors from 1 kw I mean. max.Voltage 180v. I also own one. A very efficient engine. With strange energized DC motors such as washing machines with brushes does not work? Regards Sven
Hi SvenThey are permant magnet dc motors with brushes (2)Your 180 volt motors do sound ideal, as I have some of those as well, from tread mills.
They all don't have to have the same voltage but higher seems to be betterCheers Warren
