Coils bucking NN corkscrewing flux into eacb otber should make for more intense Backwards EMF in each coil, logic would say at least
..could be tbe flyback spike energy can be forced to "cobere" with the CEMF with right conditions and a mutual timing overlap.
With NN coils the compressed corkscrewed buckig ffux wants to escape only way it can; there at the airgap between the two coils, sbooting out 90 degrees "sideways" ...
The magnetic field will be a pattern of LINES...these lines can be directed to follow a  path through iron or ferrite or maybe lead or graphite cores positioned also at 90 dgrees direction pointed at that airgap.
Put these thin and fairly long  "splatter flux collecting cores"  360 degrees all the way around that airgap.  Put another layer above and below that 90 degree pointing ring, point these at 45 degrees to airgap....  depending on size of bucking coils, and splatter collecting collecting cores, maybe cram  36 or even 72 "splatter" cores all around airgap!  Wrap eacb with winds,  rectify with diode into caps...loop it since 100% non reflective...
