"I would like to propose a free energy project thats very cheap should not be  effected by sun flares that concern Hector and is readily available to every person on the planet .being cheap and keeping it small to find just the right configuration it could be scaled up from there .so for you guys who aren't doing anything at the moment .here it is you know the term water wiching ? Or dowleing where you just get two coat hangers and a soda straw and been the hangers out strait and bend the ends at 90 deg and use the draws as sleave bearings .the idea is a out of balance wheel set on a key line or under water stream line every body has them when the rods inter the power field they will spread out and coming from a different angle they are drawn to gether this could power a out of balance wheel .its the right configuration and finding out a way to get this effect with out humans holding the rods .when the wheel intersects the earth line it would spread the rods but one rod is secured making the other move away causing the out of balancing effect  .this power is everywhere so even hector could use it .it would run day and night and could be amped up in size and power ..what do you think ?.the soda straws could be replaced with ceramic bearings or magnetic bearings .to make it even more effective"

 I can give you my own progress on this, and maybe contribute to the understanding as I found it to operate.
 

 This is a conscious sensory effect, where the body muscles are intended to interact with the presence of water at distance. IE your sensing ability to feel the presence of water at distances you can scan consciously as vibration resonance. The rods give you a way to realize that your body can feel this, even if you are not aware of how it actually works. Muscle testing also gives such a response to actual questions or herbs.
 

 The body will feel this as either a contraction or an expansion and manifest that towards the ends of the wires.
 The diamagnetic response of water is expansive, but in the hydrogen dominant mode it is compressive.
 

 Yes there is a way to convert this to a physical energy system and / or amplify it.

 In a Joe Cell tube we place the contracting side down and the expansive side up on all the tubes to develop the conical system of energy release away from the earths field.

 This is a bone scanner element designed to raise up a much stronger field, that is far easier to feel when the tubes are pointed at bones at greater distances. It is designed on the molecular Isotope resonance frequencies of bone material as they vibrate naturally., without the need of an MRI machine.
 

 IF you can feel it vibrating up your own bones, then you will feel an increase in that energy when it couples to others bones at distance. You will discover distance is not a problem in that case. Anywhere you  point the tube and then send outwards your own focus it will couple into it and you will feel a large boost of the resonance vibration, based on the mass of the bones that couple into your own bones and begin to vibrate in sync.
 

 Yes this is free energy powered by the background field that powers all atoms. From this experiment you will discover, there is a possible science to build these bridges, and bring that energy up to our level of field coherence. The science is already present in our culture but has not been recognized as a field force. They only measure it using EM machines so it becomes very convoluted as the energy must pass through the electron shell to be metered in this way. Vibration however goes straight through it.
 

 

 Walter Russell did this with the conical field of atoms, and if the correct data is stuck into the NMR formulas you can do it to. However it is not compatible with our current power grid, as Bashar indicated, and I have recently discovered why it is not compatible. The power grid in the US at 60 Hz sends out a wave front at 20 cm distances on a standing grid system that is linear in form rather then curved as nature does it., and it will couple into any conical field you bring up and take control of it. As with the 8" Joe Cell tubes this causes very erratic problems and unexpected results. Energy "runaways" is one of the problems when the power grid couples into it. The vibration power is related to the load on the power grid, so fluctuates radically with time of day.
 

 Where the earths nodes at 27 cm vibration resonance will all manifest upwards as circular fields around the center point, showing how nature does this, they are self contained, and very stable.
 

 

 This means that any time we attempt to convert these vibration systems accurately to EM, we must ensure we do not couple to the 20 cm field grid or we will loose control of our work and start implanting fields all over the power grids linear nodal system.
 

 To make the conversion the vibration field you bring up is a 30 degree cone and connects at the tip with the atomic levels. Once you bring it up , I have not yet found a way to send it back down, and if you move it around it will start imprinting on the power grid fields. There may be a workaround, when it is discovered how to control these better, and there also may not be.
 

 I have been able to modify these fields and lower the pressure of the energy by adding release frequency spheres around it, but I have not found a way to shut them off completely as of yet.
 

 The whole concept of powering a system off the background field as atoms do, is that it is more important to cipher how to shut them back off when you succeed. Realization that on a conical system it will cross frequencies of our power grid and couple to it, as an unstable form of power coming into the cones and this can not be shut off, is real block to playing with these.
 

 The bone scanner uses 10x multipliers off the NVR and so does not have this problem with the power grid, but on the other hand it also does not become a powerful system to extract electrical power from, as when we expand the fields using 8x geometric octave methods as Walter Russell found actually work, which I have confirmed in my own experiments.
 

 While it is not a very complex mathematics to take an Isotope resonance in Mhz = cm and expand it geometrically by 8x hops in 3 dimensions, knowing what field to power it from was the key, and there is not only one possibility.
 

 I discovered that if we insert waters volume as a conversion of the field, the resultant fields can be taken down using the 1/9 formula. But If we use a direct calculation the 1/9 field only makes them stronger. The power however is in the stronger field with greater tension on it.
 

 

 Dealing with the present power grid as it is, has become a real problem, to manipulating the conical resonant devices to make the energy useful as powering devices for EM energy systems. We will have to make the cones naturally rotate in some way, so they cannot couple in to the stationary power grid system. The math now becomes far more complex. Our device may begin to look more like Otis Carrs Saucer craft.
 

 As this study of the underlying vibration grid system that powers the universe, becomes more well understood, the complexity of it increases. It's all about frequency, motion, and field density. Where many high frequency fields cross at one point in space the tension at that point begins to create a node of denser energy in the fabric field of space. Around this center node can be created spherical fields that will attach to it and self power from it. The spherical study has been far more promising, then the conical, but has never as of yet provided high levels of power that the cones have produced.
  

 

 I present this information to show that while these things are possible, they may be far more complex then we realize going in. However there is a direct connection to science that is extremely accurate in it's calculations, opening to one layer deeper in the atomic models then the current electric field technologies even considers as real.
 

 The new term is "material science" and these are discovered slowly by trial and error in scientific labs, rather then having a base understanding that all of it is powered off the background fields from the bottom up. 
 

 The last twist in all this, is that consciousness seems to operate on the mass vibration level, and this part can appear to be total wizardry if it is not well studied and understood. As with water witching, the bone scanner would appear to an observer as such, a sort of magic, even though it is not.
 

 This reflects my current level of understanding with these fields. I hope it is useful.
