Hi all,   
another short video in link below; this showing easy and obvious solution to take out power from the 6 "out of phase" generator coils into caps, then caps into load, 
The solution is to rectify-only all 6 generator coils first, parallel them all together,, then fill a single big cap from the DC out. 
The cap discharge to load will be 100% non refective to the motor coil draw,
while filling up of the caps after discharging will have minor lenz law rotor braking, as is shown in video, with rpms sbown dropping from 500rpm to approx 460rpm with 2640uf  caps fully discharged and at zero volts.
The "two stage" output circuit will require only two switches,; (not 12) there will be a switch A normally closed-switches open, and a switch B normally open-switches closed.  This explained in video description
