 He also pulse charges the capacitors too, and found and confirmed to switch the power into caps to fill them, at the voltage peak periods only...other periods of sinewave cause lenz law lugging wben filling caps up...so do it at the peaks
 Also it is important to not just have a simultaneous disconnect switch between generator coils and caps (or steering diode filling caps with inductive kickback) to disconnect caps from "source" during discharge, but there should be a bit of dead space according to switch time, so caps are 100% disconnected and isolated during discharge. So pulse width of disconnect switch always a bit longer in time than the cap dump to load switch.
