 We need smart circuit guy to design a super simple voltage detection circuit that switches the capacitor circuit to a load and at the same time cuts off the cap from the source.
 In an ideal world, the voltage should be adjustable that triggers this switching.
 This must exist already.
 What is it called?
 At 32 volts switch off source, and switch on to load?
 I can do this with a double pole double, throw knife switch in Frankenstein steam punk fashion, but how is it done with discrete components and a circuit?
