Its agood story. Will write itin a few days.  Its a typical example of trying to find the RIGHT people to entrust with this game changing tech. 
The right people know its what the planet needs within minutes of seeing it work. 99.97% then try to steal it. The head R&D guy from Santos just grabbed the glass and drank the water and said he seen enough and will wait for the report. The uni profs wouldnt write it that TAR could be drank as fresh by the guy. So no report to table to the Board. 
Only a team of free thinkers as a group can beat the system. This tech is cheap and easy. You just need to see it first or you cant be part of the team unless you fullfill other criteria which Ron and Lorne kinda know.
