To do this requires a through knowledge on the Plasma States of Matter.

(for the 1000th time we have done it) Charlie saw Carbon disappear and what this means people, is you can use one of these Carbon Disappearing Radiant Energy Devices and send the Carbon Credits Association a Bill of removing Carbon. Ending the insanity of Global warming nonsense. (amongst other obsolete particle and plasma theories) The car Muffler version proves it with just Smell.
Before investors bought into flywheel technology, they needed to see a working model didnt they?
Same with JoeCells, You need to see what they do as dozens of working prototypes exist for your viewing pleasure. After googling skepticism for the counter rotating flywheels and reading the hippocracy of their disinterest.... I couldnt help but be reminded that same mindset is evident here where one would think the most open of minds would be in abundance.
With the Opposite and Equal effect, or just reversing the electrodes on the cell or reversing the ring magnets on the Neutral Cente washer one can turn fresh water into oil..... Just like the Earth's Magnetic Fields do.
Given no one understands the Liquid State of Water, nor the Lump of Electricity known as a magnet, or how gases can be Polarized to the make the Frequencies that scientists call O and H.... I truly doubt anyone here understands Plasma the (so called) Fourth state if you havent mastered the process of turning solids into water to even understand the first, second and third.
Wouldnt this be more like a duplication of Primary Water as made by the Earth's Fields? Or will some here stick to Fish Bowl Tech?
