Have you given don smiths magnetic wheel a good look ?. It looks a lot like
a Muller wheel but works differently. It sends a flux field stopper between
a set of neo stacked magnets with a multiple
filament cable coil around the set of neos .breaking the flux field in half
causing a big disturbance in the pair and the coil cable .much different
approach .the cables terminate in two caps and the caps end temanate in a
isolation transformer so the system is closed loop.except the secondary
winding on the transformer. He says it puts out big power .it looks simple
low voltage hi amps but I think that the voltage 5 volts could be raised by
extended coil and magnets .no worry about blowing up the scope.it looks
some what like yours but functionally different. One set of mags and coils
would tell if theres anything to it .PS he said that the Russians loved it .
