hi Warren, in fact it is strange, without load it turns even without  
the third phase (once started I can completely disconnect the  
capacitors), but it heats up, the rotor shaft becomes hot .... anyway  
checking the absorption on the three phases , I have seen that they  
are not equal, they are to scale, and if I increase the capacitors  
(8-40 microfarads), the phase connected with them increases, while the  
other two go down .... what must be the best combination .... ?  
perhaps the most possible equal?
