InfoThe rotor seems to be subject to eddy currents, perhaps?Somehow this RV has been turned into an induction heater?Hector needs to be consulted on this problem, to give some input as to why this motor is curiously out of sync, somehow.Assuming it is newish, and in normal running shape, there seems to be a lack of harmony between the windings and the core rotor, yet as you say, it does seem to run at expected speed. an engine that can work even at 60hertz, 690V ....? (I use it at 
50hertz of the network, without inverter).
