Thanks Warren for the availability, ... I hope that Doug can help me,  
the problem is that the engine runs at full speed, even with only 2  
phases once it starts, without capacitors, and without load it absorbs  
very little, 0.2 AMP, however, turning the rotor very warm (not the  
stator with the windings), and does not have the strength that a 5.5  
horsepower should have.
