Hi.  So it's not Rail GUN, but it's better. It's coilgun .. you can call it so
 Better in that way ..  that effciency of my system is more then 30% .. and can be increased to the 90% and more! And second is that my technic permit me to decrease volume and mass of the device to very low level. That is very important!
 The efficiency of railguns is lower then 10% ... it's around 7% .
 So at this moment i have around 30% of efficiency .. 100J on electrical energy is transformed to 30J of kinetical energy. And i can do it more better. 
 The work is in the progress. 
 If you look carefuly to the efficiency of top level electromagnetic guns - you'll see that their level of efficiency is below 10%. Mine one is more better than any known technic for this moment

 Im good.
 Yes i work with HV .. of cours ..  but im using special fast capacitor discharge technic ..  and playng with KiloAmps .. it's very complicated. 
 

 I made and tested first level prototype .. carefule tested it .. and take all the data.
 Now i work on next generation protoype .. level two. 
 And im looking for help ... to doing business with this device.
 If someone is interested in that .. im ready to cenversation .. and to share some more data about my work. 
 

 For the moment my technology allows me to do next thing's:
 1)  To made a real portable EM GUN .. with mass and power parameters at the same level as fireguns
 2)  To made an Aerospace mass launcher .. for delivering payloads to space orbit directly from earth.
 That's it.
