When using shielded cable this is like using transmission lines. Using coaxial cables is using cables with the parameters of the cable or transmission line held constant along the cable length. Oscilloscope probes use coaxial cables between the probe and the scope input. Most scope inputs are 1 MOhm but also comes with 50 Ohm inputs. An 1 MOhm input can easily be changed to a 50 Ohm input by putting a 50 Ohm feed through connector directly at the input terminal. This makes it possible to use a 50 Ohm coaxial cable to feed the signal to the scope input without reflections. This is necessary when measuring a weak signal at low impedance like across a current shunt as this avoids drowning the signal in noise. It's also important to use the correct probe fit for the scope input and correctly compensated. Else the signal seen at the screen isn't as the signal at the probe tip. Also avoid using long ground wires on the probe as this will pick up induced magnetic fields from the ambient by the loop formed. This is like a one winding pick-up coil.

was due to the use of 3 unshielded oscilloscope cables. When they was replaced with 3 sheilded cables, the
overunity was gone, but when I connected 2 unsheilded cables to one of the output coil for measuring the
voltage over a load. The output voltage become GREATER! What on earth is going on? Why does the voltage
become greater when loaded? I all resambles Harry E. Perrigo etheric wave accumulator. He too used unsheilded
