http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread1074447/pg4 The connection
of Hal Puthoff and the Institute down in Austin Texas and the NSA/CIA.
The Institute is run as a screening agency for developments in the
Energy/ Free Energy arena. A month before the Patent Office was to grant
our Patent on the MRA, The NSA requested a complete folder on the
Project from Robert Taylor in Atlanta. Upon Patent granting date, the
Head of the Patent Office told Dr. Bass that our Patent had been locked
away and would not be granted with no rejection nor reason for given.
Miracles never cease for the technology surfaced at the Navy China Lake
Facility as an ongoing project. BTW, Hal Puthoff was with Navy
Intelligence,NSA, CIA. Remote Viewing Program was for CIA/NSA at SRI.
The FIX was in.
