Ok then, if ionization is part and parcel of the mini tornados as charge separation then it simply needs to be as Ole likes to say cohered or polarized into one spin vector where all the mini tornados line up. The magnetic cooling metal looks like an interesting path in order to cohere through a para magnetic means as magnetic mirror/lens or possibly just Bismuth. I recall Bearden telling me public disclosure of monopoles throw the powers that be into a tizzy.

Three-dimensional topological insulators (TIs) exhibit time-reversal symmetry protected, linearly dispersing Dirac surface states. Band bending at the TI surface may also lead to coexisting trivial two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) states with parabolic energy dispersion that exist as spin-split pairs due to Rashba spin-orbit coupling (SOC). A bias current is expected to generate spin polarization in both systems arising from their helical spin-momentum locking. However, their induced spin polarization is expected to be different in both magnitude and sign. Here, we compare spin potentiometric measurements of bias current-generated spin polarization in Bi2Se3(111) films where Dirac surface states coexist with trivial 2DEG states, with identical measurements on InAs(001) samples where only trivial 2DEG states are present. We observe spin polarization arising from spin-momentum locking in both cases, with opposite signs of the spin voltage. We present a model based on spin dependent electrochemical potentials to directly derive the signs expected for the TI surface states, and unambiguously show that the dominant contribution to the current-generated spin polarization measured in the TI is from the Dirac surface states. This direct electrical access of the helical spin texture of Dirac and Rashba 2DEG states is an enabling step towards the electrical manipulation of spins in next generation TI and SOC based quantum devices."

I have clearly stated my opinion as to how any AG effect could occur via the insect wing and shell theory. Vortex, counter vortex induced flow could possibly create the effect. It would agree with my theory of lift generated over aircraft wings etc. in addition to Bernoulli and Newton's third Law. The tornado induced vortex patterns could be the causing factors for the AG effect we have seen. It all goes back to the fundamentals of some sort of ionization of objects. All of the anti-gravity examples have one common denominator, that being ionization induced via Acustics, Hertzian wave, Vibratory Physics or vortex generation. All occuring down at the atomic level. You were friends with Jerry and I know how he was very insistent the Grebenikov story was real or at least full of substance and he is the main reason everybody in the West with such interests is aware of it. Personally I think the gluing a bunch of insect wings part is a simile or metaphor.
What is your opinion of the story and do you believe G may have created a levity platform and if so how?
Being that stress fields (the ones the Russians were studying, cant recall the name now) create vectors at 90 degrees to the stress force I think an important part is imbuing this type of energy with angular momentum. Back to my beer can, compression on the ends expands the center. We try to first save the beer for Warren.

After studying all of Victor's works and writings and followed Walter Baumgartner's follow up works with Implosion Technology, I got a real surprise in the fall of 1995. I was in a mining camp up in BC, Canada, where we had a community wash room, laundry area. The owners wife asked me to look at the mop sink that would not drain properly. We filled the sink to maximum capacity and pulled the drain plug. Immediately, a very powerful vortex formed and you could look down the 1 1/2 inch drain with the extreme vortex rotation velocity. It would take, on average, about ten minutes for the water to drain completely. Approximately 30 gallons of water. Having read everything regarding the Golden Mean Ratios and the influence in formation of the famous Implosion vortex, I carefully measured all the dimensions of the mop sink. Yes, the length vs width ratio of the sink box was a perfect 1.618 ratio which was a major contributing factor with the very powerful vortex formation. Instantly what popped into my mind was to install an impeller on a shaft suspended in the vortex core at the exit to capture the high rotational energy. Both Victor and Walter wrote about the corona charge that was produced by a very tightly defined vortex core exit. Interesting phenomenon. TRUE STORY. BTW, the Schauberger Implosion Vortex Technology is a perfect replicas of the Black Hole Space Phenomenon.
