Rotovertor means more than typical 3ph AC induction notor conerted to single phase with the run cap phase to it...at leaxt in Hectors broad band definition...the motor could be instead permanent magnet 3ph ac motor, or single phase or flat disc muller thing or pancske washing machine motor then a prime mover  spins some sort of low lenz generator loopit wuth caps loop it with batteries loop it with battery swappung whatever....so if you think of "rotovertor" as a motor and generator hooked togetber that loops then not so hard to imagine 5000 in world with virtually them all beig  top secret systems too, either by government research,  very private parties or someone living in cave. If you get into alien agenda and what ufos run on then more than 5000....really all it takes is lenz free generstor and any decent motor can be looped not such a big deal eh...
