Hi Norman,

After reading about the Dotto ring it does look amazing. My belief is that the field given off by the ring is a powerful motional electric field (W.J. Hooper's research http://www.rexresearch.com/hooper/gibson.htm http://www.rexresearch.com/hooper/gibson.htm). This could explain the antigravity effect. According to Hooper the electrons move faster in hot metals than in cold metals. At constant current in cold conductors few electrons move at a high speed while in hot conductors many electrons move at low speed. As the magnetic field is determined by the current only there's no difference in its size because of the temperature of the conductor. But as the motional electric field is also determined by the speed of the charges this has great influence on the size of the motional electric field. As the Dotto ring has different temperatures along the ring this means decelerating the speed of the electrons which again means electromagnetic radiation as in antennas. Citing from the F.  "These experiments show that the number of conduction electrons remains fairly constant at room temperatures and that the drift velocity increases linearly with the current. When resistance in the form of heat, carbon pile rheostat, or photo floods was added to the circuit, the number of conduction electrons decreased from that of room temperature and normal resistance while the drift velocity increased. At dry ice temperature and at low current, there were almost ten times as many conduction electrons moving, but moving very slowly, like cars on a crowded highway. As the amperage increased, the number of conduction electrons decreased rapidly, causing a greatly accelerated increase in the electron drift velocity. When AC current was put in the generator, it appeared that 3 to 4 times as many electrons were moving at low amperage as move under DC current at room temperature, but as with dry ice, when more electrons were moving, they were moving very slowly. By the time the amperage increased to 20 amps the number of electrons had decreased to almost the same number as with DC current at room temperature. From 20 to 30 amps the number of electrons remained fairly constant. The electron drift velocity increased rapidly at low amperages and continued to increase but at a decreasing rate at higher amperages.  


 These observations regarding electron drift velocity and number of conduction electrons would appear to be more consistent with current theory regarding gases, semiconductors, and semi-metals, than with the current theory for metals. If these findings are true, they would seem to indicate that the conductivity of a metal is related to the number of electrons in motion and their velocity, both of which change with temperature and resistance."


Looking at Alexey Chekurov's antigravity device this also has variable motional fields as well as a conventional permanent magnetic field which is actually rotating like in motors and generators. The motional part is done by mechanical rotating the rippled discs which gives much higher speeds than the normal conduction speed of electrons in metals.

In the Dotto paper is mentioned scalar waves which is an oxymoron as waves can't be scalars and vice versa. Waves have a time factor as well as a direction besides their size (scalar) which is varying too.

 In a metal alloy bar (such as constantan, 60% Cu, 40% Ni) one end is heated and the other is maintained cold. When the hot end is heated enough, electrons of nickel and copper atoms become excited. The electrons of nickel force the electrons of coper to reverse orbital spinning (as described in Part 1). By centripetal force electrons from the cool side shift toward the hot side. The hot side becomes negative in respect to the cold positive side, exactly opposite to the Thompson effect. Of course, the Thompson and the Peltier effects are temporary; they last only until the proportion between the cool and the hot side reaches the electrons numerical balance. Let's now combine the Thompson and Peltier effects together in the thermocouple fashion. In the Thompson effect the electrons move from the hot side toward the cold side. Please read the Rex Research article to understand how the Dotto Ring worked with the DNA of the body.  Nothing will happen to Lenz's law by adding capacitors. The reactive part of the power can be shifted from inductive power to capacitive power or simply cancel the inductive power when at resonance. At resonance the inductive reactance is equal in size to the capacitive reactance but of opposite sign. This makes them cancel to leave only the resistive part of the circuit.

   Wouldn't it be easier and more energy efficient to use 1000 turns for a winding and then send one or more amps of current through it? That way at least a thousand amps magnetic field is made.
